Pentacyclic isoxazolines were obtained by the cycloaddition of benzonitrile oxide to norbornene-azetidinone-fused 3,1-oxazines. The constitutions of two of the isomers obtained, and the configurations and conformations of all products, were determined by means of 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and DNOE experiments.  相似文献

从2-取代-3-芳基-4-噻唑啉酮(4a4e5)合成了三个系列新型噻唑啉酮衍生物, 即5-芳基亚甲基-4-噻唑啉酮(6a6j), 4-噻唑硫酮(7a7e8)和4-氰基亚胺基噻唑烷(11a11e12). 中间体4a4e5由醛、胺和巯基乙酸缩合得到. 所有化合物的结构均经元素分析和1H NMR确证, 并且采用X射线单晶衍射分析方法测定了化合物4b的结构. 初步生物活性试验结果表明, 部分标题化合物具有一定的杀菌活性和促进黄瓜子叶生根活性.  相似文献

- The corresponding cis- and trans-N-methyl- and N-benzyl-5,6- and 4,5-tetramethylenetetrahydro-l,3-oxazines (5a,b-8a,b)were synthesized from cis- and trans-N-methyl andN-benzyl-2- aminomethyl-1-cyclohexanols 1a,b,2a,b, from cis- and trans-N-methyl- and Nbenzyl -2-hydroxymethyl-1-cyclohexylamines(3a,b,4a,b) by reaction with formaldehyde. The aminoalcohols 1a,2a,3a,band 4a,b were prepared in considerably higher yields than in earlier procedures. NMR spectroscopy showed that the cis isomers of the synthesized oxazines were conformationally homogeneous in solution, and their preferred conformation (inside or outside) depended on the steric requirement of the groups attached to the anellation points, whereas a bulky C-2 substituent had no influence on the predominant conformation. The structure of N-benzyl-cis-4,5-tetramethylenetetrahydro-1,3-oxaziniumpicrate (7b). determined by X-ray diffraction analysis, was in agreement with the predominant N-outside conformation of the corresponding base, established by means of NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Soluble forms of aggregated tau misfolded protein, generally termed oligomers, are considered to be the most toxic species of the different assembly states that are the pathological components of neurodegenerative disorders. Therefore, a critical biomedical need exists for imaging probes that can identify and quantify them. We have designed and synthesized a novel fluorescent probe, pTP-TFE for which binding and selectivity profiles towards aggregated tau and Aβ proteins were assessed. Our results have shown pTP-TFE to be selective for early forms of soluble tau aggregates, with high affinity of dissociation constants (Kd) = 66 nM, and tenfold selectivity over mature tau fibrils. Furthermore, we found that pTP-TFE is selective for tau over Aβ aggregates and had good cell permeability. This selectivity of pTP-TFE towards early forms of aggregated tau protein ex vivo was also supported with studies on human brain tissue containing tau and Aβ pathology. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first fluorescent molecule to be reported to have this form of selectivity profile, which suggests that pTP-TFE is a unique probe candidate for imaging-based detection of early stages of Alzheimer''s disease and other tauopathies.

It is well known that the reaction rate and molecular weight of vinyl polymers can change markedly during the course of polymerization and that these changes are due to the influence of diffusion on the termination reaction. The chain length dependence of the termination rate constant has been considered in this work and has resulted in a general method of treating the polymerization kinetics and molecular weight distribution. This method is independent of the form of the chain length dependency and is capable of dealing with both disproportionation and recombination modes of termination. A specific model for the termination rate constant with chain length dependence is proposed and is based on free volume theory and entanglement coupling. Master curves for the characteristics of the reaction rate and molecular weight distribution are presented with the application of this model.  相似文献

The synthesis, structure, and physical properties of five R-type Ru ferrites with chemical formula BaMRu5O11 (M=Li and Cu) and BaM2Ru4O11 (M′=Mn, Fe and Co) are reported. All the ferrites crystallize in space group P63/mmc and consist of layers of edge sharing octahedra interconnected by pairs of face sharing octahedra and isolated trigonal bipyramids. For M=Li and Cu, the ferrites are paramagnetic metals with the M atoms found on the trigonal bipyramid sites exclusively. For M′=Mn, Fe and Co, the ferrites are soft ferromagnetic metals. For M′=Mn, the Mn atoms are mixed randomly with Ru atoms on different sites. The magnetic structure for BaMn2Ru4O11 is reported.  相似文献
