The enzymatic nitration of phenol and m-cresol catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase was studied in the presence of H2O2 and NaNO2. The results showed that the nitration products of phenol were 2-nitro and 4-nitrophenols. There was also a small amount of by-products of hydroquinone and catechol. The influences of various reaction parameters, including pH, organic solvent type, and concentrations of NaNO2 and H2O2, on the nitration products were investigated. The yields of 4-nitrophenol and 2-nitrophenol were 14% and 12%, respectively. The nitration products of m-cresol were 4-nitro-m-cresol and 6-nitro-m-cresol, and the yields of 4-nitro-m-cresol and 6-nitro-m-cresol were 19% and 30%, respectively.  相似文献

The paper is aimed at reviewing and adding some new results to our recent work on a force theory for viscous compressible flows around a finite body. It has been proposed to analyze aerodynamic forces directly in terms of fluid elements of nonzero vorticity and density gradient. Let ρ denote the density, u the velocity, and ω the vorticity. It is demonstrated that for largely separated flows about bluff bodies, there are two major source elements: R e(x) =−?u 2∇ρ·∇ϕ and V e(x) =−u×ω·∇ϕ, where ϕ is an acyclic potential, generated by the solid body moving with unit velocity in the negative direction of the force considered. In particular, under mild conditions, the (unique) choice of ϕ enforces that the elements R e(x) and V e(x) decay rapidly away from the body. Four kinds of finite body are considered: a circular cylinder, a sphere, a hemi sphere-cylinder, and a delta wing of elliptic section—all in transonic-to-supersonic regimes. From an extensive numerical study carried out for these bodies, it is found that these two elements contribute to 95% or more of the total drag or lift for all the cases under consideration. Moreover, R e(x) due to density gradient becomes progressively important relative to V e(x) due to vorticity as the Mach number increases. The present method of force analysis enables effective analysis and assessment of relative importance of aerodynamics forces, contributed from individual flow structures. The analysis could therefore be very much useful in view of the rapid growth in numerical fluid dynamics; detailed (either local or global) flow information is often available. Reflective second harmonic generation (RSHG) is used to analyze the growth condition of poly crystal zinc oxide (ZnO) film with a c-axis orientation, grown on the Si substrate by RF magnetron sputtering technique. It elucidates physical phenomena exhibited by growing ZnO thin films. Connecting with analytical results of the characteristic parameters derived from the X-ray patterns and SEM images, the relationship between the RSHG intensity and the substrate temperature reveals that the effect of the grain boundaries is the domination of the RSHG mechanism. The inclined structures of ZnO films on the Si substrate are explained with reference to these RSHG patterns.  相似文献

Three novel monoterpenoid indole alkaloids gardflorine A (1), gardflorine B (2), and gardflorine C (3) were isolated from the leaves of Gardneria multiflora. Their structures, including absolute configurations, were established on the basis of spectroscopic methods (MS, UV, IR, 1D and 2D NMR) and circular dichroism experiments. All the compounds were evaluated for their vasorelaxant and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory activities. Compound 1 exhibited potent vasorelaxant activity, with an EC50 value of 8.7 μM, and compounds 2 and 3 showed moderate acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory activities, with IC50 values of 26.8 and 29.2 μM, respectively.  相似文献

The Sm-modified lead titanate ceramics with a composition of (Pb(0.88-x)Sr(x)Sm(0.08))(Ti(0.98)Mn(0.02))O(3); x = 0.05-0.25 were prepared by conventional mixed-oxide method. Surface acoustic wave (SAW) properties, including phase velocity, electromechanical coupling coefficient and temperature coefficient of frequency, were measured. The experiments successfully showed that Sr additive is helpful to obtain higher phase velocity and high electromechanical coupling coefficient. The SAW properties of our samples (V(p),k(2)) are better than some commercially-made PZT and PT samples.  相似文献

New Pt(II) dichloride complexes [Pt(1-iqdzH)Cl2] (2a) and [Pt(3-iqdzH)Cl2] (2b), in which idqzH = 1- or 3-isoquinolinyl indazole, were prepared by treatment of the corresponding indazoles with K2PtCl4 in aqueous HCl solution. Despite their nonemissive nature, these complexes could react with excess indazole, sodium picolinate, and 3-trifluoromethyl-5-(2-pyridyl) pyrazole [(fppz)H] to afford the respective a and b series of luminescent complexes [Pt(1-iqdz)(L/\X)] and [Pt(3-iqdz)(L/\X)], where L/\X = 1-iqdz (1a), 3-iqdz (1b), pic (3a, 3b), and fppz (4a, 4b). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies of 1b, 2a, and 3b revealed a planar molecular geometry without notable intermolecular Pt...Pt contact in the solid crystal, a result of the steric repulsion imposed by the bulky indazole fragments. For coordination complexes 1, 3, and 4, photoluminescence in degassed CH2Cl2 revealed high quantum efficiency and short radiative lifetimes in the range of several microseconds. As supported by the spectral feature, the associated radiation lifetimes, and a computational approach based on time-dependent density function theory (TD-DFT), the origin of the emission is attributed to a mixed 3MLCT/3pipi transition. The TD-DFT approach further confirmed that, except for the series 1 complexes, the HOMO of 3-iqdz complexes 3b and 4b is much less located at the central Pt(II) atom than the HOMO orbitals of the respective 1-iqdz complexes 3a and 4a, leading to a smaller degree of MLCT contribution. Consequently, there are a blue-shifted emission signal and an inferior emission quantum yield for the 3-iqdz derivatives. OLED devices with a multilayer configuration of ITO/NPB/CBP:3a/BCP/Alq3/LiF/Al were fabricated using a CBP layer doped with various concentrations of 3a, ranging from 6% to 100%, within the emitting layer. The best device performance was realized using a 6% doping concentration, for which the external quantum yield of 4.93%, luminous efficiency of 12.19 cd/A, and power efficiency of 6.12 lm W-1 were observed at 20 mA/cm2, while a maximum luminescence as high as 20296 cd/m2 was also realized at 16 V, showing good prospect for the fabrication of Pt(II) based OLEDs.  相似文献
