The nanostructure of self-ordered porous anodic TiO2 nanotubes (PATNTs) has extraordinary influence on their physical and chemical properties. For this reason, extensive attention has been paid on pulse anodization to regulate the nanostructure of PATNT. However, the relationships between the nanostructures and current curves still remain unclear. Based on the traditional potentiostatic and pulse anodizations, five different modes (i.e., potentiostatic, pulse, triangle wave, decrease, and increase step by step) of applied voltage and their influences on the nanostructures of PATNT have been investigated in detail. The growing rates of the nanotubes anodized under five different modes were compared for the first time. The results show that the growing rate of pulse voltage anodization is the fastest, reaching 116.4 nm min?1. The slowest is triangle wave voltage anodization, only 59.3 nm min?1. When the applied voltage decreases step-by-step, branched nanotubes can be formed in the bottom of PATNT. Yet, when the applied voltage increases step-by-step, triple-layer nanotubes with different diameters are formed, and the forming mechanism of this special nanostructure is discussed. The present results may be helpful to understand the mechanism of PATNT and facilitate the assembling diverse nanostructures for extensive applications in photocatalysis, dye-sensitized solar cells, and biomedical devices. 相似文献

The mass spectra of saturated monohydric alcohols are used in structure elucidation by means of computer programs of the artificial intelligence type. The structure generator is constrained by a structure predictor to show the sub-group structure in a fairly definite area, and spectral characteristics are also predicted. According to the commands of the structure predictor, sub-groups conforming to the mass spectra studied are then combined into molecular structures which are ranked for output. The system was tested for 218 mass spectra of 115 alcohols from different laboratories: all the correct answers were included in the 6 highest scores, with 78% for the highest score and 91% for the highest 2 scores. 相似文献

Poly(N‐vinyl‐pyrrolidone) (PVP) hydrogel has been considered as a very interesting and promising thermosensitive material. The most vital shortcoming of PVP hydrogel as thermosensitive material is that it does not exhibit thermosensitivity under usual conditions. In this work, semi‐interpenetrating polymer network (semi‐IPN) hydrogels based on PVP and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) were prepared. The volume phase transition temperature (VPTT) of the hydrogels was determined by swelling behavior and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results showed that the VPTT was significantly dependent on CMC content and the pH of the swelling medium. The amount of CMC in the semi‐IPN hydrogels was 0.050, 0.075, and 0.100 g, the VPTT in buffer solution of pH 1.2 was 29.9 °C, 27.5 °C and 24.5 °C, respectively. In addition, the VPTT occurred in buffer solution of pH 1.2, but did not appear in alkaline medium. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) as a model drug was loaded and the in vitro release studies were carried out in different buffer solutions and at different temperatures. The results of this study suggest that PVP/CMC semi‐IPN hydrogels could serve as potential candidates for protein drug delivery in the intestine. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Copper-Catalyzed Synthesis of Axially Chiral Biaryls with Diaryliodonium Salts as Arylation Reagents
NOBIN and BINAM derivatives harboring biaryl frameworks are recognized as a class of important atropisomers with versatile applications. Here, we present an efficient synthetic route to access such compounds through copper-catalyzed domino arylation of N-arylhydroxylamines or N-arylhydrazines with diaryliodonium salts and [3,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement. This reaction features mild conditions, good substrate compatibility, and excellent efficiency. The practicality of this protocol was further extended by the synthesis of biaryl amino alcohols. 相似文献

Roughly speaking, this result says that under a harmonic mapping between the unit balls in real Euclidean spaces, the image of a smaller ball centered at origin can be controlled.
