Arbitrary-state solutions of the Dirac equation for a Möbius square potential using the Nikiforov-Uvarov method

We inquire into spin and pseudospin symmetries of the Dirac equation under a Mbius square-type potential using the Nikiforov-Uvarov method to calculate the bound state solutions. We numerically discuss the problem and include various explanatory figures.     

Half-life of bismuth isotopes predicted by the Coulomb and proximity potential model; a proposition for the spherical nuclei

We know that the ground state energy, half-life, spin and parity of the heavy nuclei can be determined via the study of alpha decay. Bearing this in mind, we have calculated the penetration probability in the barrier, the decay constant and thereby the half-lives of 21 isotopes of Bi by using the proximity potential model. The comparison with the existing data is motivating.     

New thermally stable polyesters based on 2,5-pyridinedicarbonyl dichloride and aromatic diols:Synthesis and characterization

Six new thermally stable polyesters(4a-f) were synthesized through the solution polycondensation reaction of 2,5-pyridine dicarbonyldichloride(2) with six aromatic diols in N,N'-dimethyl acetamide(DMAc) solution and in the presence of pyridine as a base.The polycondensation reactions produce a series of new polyesters(4a-f) in high yields,and inherent viscosity between 0.30 and 0.55 dL/g.The resulting polyesters were characterized by elemental analysis,viscosity measurements,thermal gravimetric analysis(...     

An angle-dependent potential and alpha-decay half-lives ofdeformed nuclei for 67≤Z≤91

The half-lives of deformed nuclei are reported for 67≤Z≤91. We consider an angle-dependent potential which yields multiple approximations. The results are in better agreement with the experimental data when the multiple approximation is solely considered for the daughter nuclei.     

Using Pd-salen complex as an efficient catalyst for the copper-and solvent-free coupling of acyl chlorides with terminal alkynes under aerobic conditions

<正>The palladium-salen complex palladium(Ⅱ) N,N'-bis{[5-(triphenylphosphonium)-methyl]salicylidene}-1,2-ethanediamine chloride was found to be a highly active catalyst for the copper- and solvent-free coupling reaction of terminal alkynes with different acyl chlorides in the presence of triethylamine as base,giving excellent ynones under aerobic conditions.

Exact analytical solutions of the Dirac equation are reported for the Pschl-Teller double-ring-shaped Coulomb potential.The radial,polar,and azimuthal parts of the Dirac equation are solved using the Nikiforov-Uvarov method,and the exact bound-state energy eigenvalues and corresponding two-component spinor wavefunctions are reported.
