Single-atom catalysts have drawn great attention, especially in electrocatalysis. However, most of previous works focus on the enhanced catalytic properties via improving metal loading. Engineering morphologies of catalysts to facilitate mass transport through catalyst layers, thus increasing the utilization of each active site, is regarded as an appealing way for enhanced performance. Herein, we design an overhang-eave structure decorated with isolated single-atom iron sites via a silica-mediated MOF-templated approach for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) catalysis. This catalyst demonstrates superior ORR performance in both alkaline and acidic electrolytes, comparable to the state-of-the-art Pt/C catalyst and superior to most precious-metal-free catalysts reported to date. This activity originates from its edge-rich structure, having more three-phase boundaries with enhanced mass transport of reactants to accessible single-atom iron sites (increasing the utilization of active sites), which verifies the practicability of such a synthetic approach.  相似文献

Antiperovskite Co3InC0.7N0.3 nanomaterials with highly enhanced oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) performance were prepared by tuning nitrogen contents through a metal–organic framework (MOF)‐derived strategy. The nanomaterial surpasses all reported noble‐metal‐free antiperovskites and even most perovskites in terms of onset potential (0.957 V at J=0.1 mA cm?2) and half‐wave potential (0.854 V). The OER and zinc–air battery performance demonstrate its multifunctional oxygen catalytic activities. DFT calculation was performed and for the first time, a 4 e? dissociative ORR pathway on (200) facets of antiperovskite was revealed. Free energy studies showed that nitrogen substitution could strengthen the OH desorption as well as hydrogenation that accounts for the enhanced ORR performance. This work expands the scope for material design via tailoring the nitrogen contents for optimal reaction free energy and hence performance of the antiperovskite system.  相似文献

采用高压均质法制备硫辛酸(ALA)脂质纳米粒(ALA-NLC),确定了负载ALA的最佳体系。通过高效液相色谱、动态光散射、流变等测试研究了脂质成分、含量对ALA负载、ALA-NLC稳定性和分散液流变性质的影响,并用原子力显微镜观察了ALA-NLC的形貌。结果表明,脂质/ALA质量比在4.5∶1~6∶1之间,得到的脂质纳米粒分散均匀,颗粒规则;脂质中液态油脂的增加有利于保持ALA-NLC的粒径,储存稳定性和分散液的低粘度,并得到两个有望用于食品工业的ALA-NLC配方。  相似文献

Three highly porous metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) with a uniform rht‐type topological network but hierarchical pores were successfully constructed by the assembly of triazole‐containing dendritic hexacarboxylate ligands with ZnII ions. These transparent MOF crystals present gradually increasing pore sizes upon extension of the length of the organic backbone, as clearly identified by structural analysis and gas‐adsorption experiments. The inherent accessibility of the pores to large molecules endows these materials with unique properties for the uptake of large guest molecules. The visible selective adsorption of dye molecules makes these MOFs highly promising porous materials for pore‐size‐dependent large‐molecule capture and separation.  相似文献

A filter construction technique is presented for enhanced defect identification in rotary machine systems. Based on the generalized harmonic wavelet transform, a series of sub-frequency band wavelet coefficients are constructed by choosing different harmonic wavelet parameter pairs. The energy and entropy associated with each sub-frequency band are then calculated. The filtered signal is obtained by choosing the wavelet coefficients whose corresponding sub-frequency band has the maximum energy-to-entropy ratio. Experimental studies using rolling bearings that contain different types of structural defects have confirmed that the developed new technique enables high signal-to-noise ratio for effective machine defect identification.  相似文献

The large-scale production of ammonia mainly depends on the Haber–Bosch process, which will lead to the problems of high energy consumption and carbon dioxide emission. Electrochemical nitrogen fixation is considered to be an environmental friendly and sustainable process, but its efficiency largely depends on the activity and stability of the catalyst. Therefore, it is imperative to develop highefficient electrocatalysts in the field of nitrogen reduction reaction (NRR). In this paper, we developed a BiVO4/TiO2 nanotube (BiVO4/TNT) heterojunction composite with rich oxygen vacancies as an electrocatalytic NRR catalyst. The heterojunction interface and oxygen vacancy of BiVO4/TNT can be the active site of N2 dynamic activation and proton transition. The synergistic effect of TiO2 and BiVO4 shortens the proton transport path and reduces the over potential of chemical reaction. BiVO4/TNT has high ammonia yield of 8.54 μg·h−1·cm−2 and high Faraday efficiency of 7.70% in −0.8 V vs. RHE in 0.1 M Na2SO4 solution.  相似文献

Summary: Back-stress is the equilibrium stress and represents conditions under which relaxation events in the material stop and the material can carry an applied load indefinitely without a change in strain. In most models for glassy polymers, back-stress plays a central role since relaxation in materials is closely related to the distance of the current conditions from equilibrium. A number of these models that are commonly used for modeling glassy polymers use a modeling structure similar to large deformation plasticity. The flow rule for the plastic strain in these models are directly connected to the “over-stress,” a properly invariant difference between the stress and the back-stress. The importance of correctly evaluating the back-stress to use in these models is clear. For this class of models, the authors have recently developed a method for directly calculating the back-stress under shear deformations. This method is based on evaluating the slope of the stress-strain response under conditions of similar elastic and plastic strain, but different strain rates. Since plastic flow goes to zero at equilibrium, the back-stress can be found by locating points of zero plastic strain rate. Using the proposed method, the back-stress in glassy polycarbonate has been evaluated under shear in isothermal tests going from room temperature to 120 °C, just below the glass transition temperature for polycarbonate. The proposed method provided a full map of the back-stress for polycarbonate over a large range of shear strain and temperature.  相似文献

An anionic/cationic mixed surfactant aqueous system of surfactin and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) at different molar ratios was studied by surface tension and fluorescence methods (pH 8.0). Various parameters that included critical micelle concentration (cmc), micellar composition (X 1), and interaction parameter (β m) as well as thermodynamic properties of mixed micelles were determined. The β m was found to be negative and the mixed system was found to have much lower cmc than pure surfactant systems. There exits synergism between anionic surfactin and cationic CTAB surfactants. The degree of participation of surfactin in the formation of mixed micelle changes with mixing ratio of the two surfactants. The results of aggregation number, fluorescence anisotropy, and viscosity indicate that more packed and larger aggregates were formed from mixed surfactants than unmixed, and the mixed system may be able to form vesicle spontaneously at high molar fraction of surfactin.  相似文献
