New phosphorus-containing macroheterocyclic cavitands

Previously unknown phosphorus-containing macroheterocycles were prepared from an accessible symmetrical dipentaerythritol derivative and trivalent phosphorus compounds. The difference in the properties of the phosphocycles containing one and two phosphoric functions was revealed.     

Synthesis of first phospholipids from 2,2,6,6-tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)cyclohexanol

A procedure has been developed for the synthesis of previously unknown thio phospholipids and cationic ammonium amidophosphorus lipids on the basis of 2,2,6,6-tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)cyclohexanol. Bisthiophosphocholines of new type

The synthesis of dithionophosphohomocholines was carried out by alkylation of trimethylamine with phosphorinane trimethylene derivatives of tripentaerithritols. As a source tripentaerithritol acetals besides the compounds of symmetric structure were used their stereoisomers.     

Tripentaerythritol in the synthesis of new types of framework bicyclophosphites

Regioselective reaction of tripentaerythritol with phosphorous hexaethyltriamide resulted in the preparation of singular framework bisbicyclophosphite. A study of chemical characteristics of the obtained product is started.     

Modeling of motion of dislocation train through dislocation forest

Modeling methods were used to analyze tie motions of a train of dislocations through a dislocation forest. Differences were found in this motion in the basal plane of hep crystals and in the {11} plane in crystals of the NaCl type. It was established that the process of formation of dislocation loops when dislocations pass through a dislocation forest may be responsible for considerable strain hardening.Translated from Izvestiya Vysshikh Uchebnykh Zavedenii, Fizika, No. 11, pp. 97–103, December, 1979.     

New synthetic approaches to development of the chemistry of pentaerythritol bicyclophosphite

Syntheses of the original compact molecular systems were developed and the ways of their practical use were examined. A group of new substances was synthesized on the basis of available penta-erythritol bicyclophosphite and thionophosphate, including respective ammonium salts, phosphocholines, a complex compound of molybdenum, and a hydrophosphoryl compound.     

Dietylpentaerythritol diacetals in the synthesis of phosphorus containing macroheterocycles

Synthesis of phosphorus-containing macroheterocycles based on the symmetrical dipentaerytritol diacetals and trivalent phosphorus reagent is studied. Effective peracetalization of dimethoxymethane with dipentaerytritol is performed.     

Cholesterol Thiophospholipids

A method for synthesis of cyclic cholesteryl thiophosphates and amidothiophosphates was developed. These compounds were used to prepare the first representatives of a new class of cholesterol thiophospholipids: phosphocholines, phosphomethylcholamines, and phosphodiols.
