Microwave spectra ofs-cis-Glyoxal (CHO−CHO) molecules in excited vibrational states

The microwave spectra of s-cis-glyoxal molecules in the excited states of torsional (v_t=1,2) and bending (v_bend=1) vibrations have been studied. For the v_t=1 state, the rotational constants have been refined and the quartic constants of centrifugal distorition have been determined. For the excited v_t=2 and v_bend=1 states, the rotational constants have found. For the ground vibrational state, the rotational constants and the quartic constants of centrifugal distortion have been refined. The vibrational frequencies have been determined from the relative intensities of rotational transitions. Ufa Scientific Center of Russian Academy of Sciences, Physics Department. Influence of vacuum annealing on the asymmetry of the electrical conductivity of tantalum pentoxide films

In this work we demonstrate the influence of interphase interaction processes, taking place at the layer boundaries during vacuum annealing of Ta-Ta₂O₅ sandwiches, on the asymmetry of the electrical conductivity of Ta₂O₅ films. Generalization of the Fresnel law to the case of a pressure-wave-induced displacement of the interface between acoustic media

The problem of interaction between a nonsteady-state pressure wave and a moving interface between acoustic media is analyzed and solved for the first time with allowance for a finite displacement of the interface induced by the wave. An analytic solution is obtained using a nonlinear time transformation method. Expressions are obtained for the law of motion of the interface, and for the reflected and transmitted waves as a function of the time profile of the incident wave and the acoustic characteristics of the media. Layer Systems on the Base of Nitrogen-Doped Tantalum and Niobium with Enhanced Stability

There are presented the results of the investigation of tantalum- and niobium-based metal-oxide bilayers degration in dependence on chemical composition of base metal. Nitrogen dissolved in metal increases stability of chemical composition and electrical properties of oxide films grown on the metal surface by anodic oxidation. This improves reliability and life time of electronic devices containing tantalum- or niobium-based layer systems. The best positive effect of doping tantalum and niobium by nitrogen was achieved after preliminary refining of these metals from oxygen. When nitrogen concentration in the base metal essentialy exceeds its solubility limit at room temperature and nitride phases are formed the dielectrical properties of oxide film get worsen.
