哒嗪酮类α1-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂的合成和生物活性研究

将苯(氧)乙胺和苯氧烷胺类α₁-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂中的苯(氧)乙胺、苯氧烷胺片段引入哒嗪酮类化合物中, 设计、合成了30个新的含哒嗪酮环的α₁-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂. 所有新化合物的结构均经¹H NMR, IR, HRMS确证. 生物活性测试表明28个目标物对α₁-肾上腺素受体有较好的拮抗作用(pA₂＞6.00), 化合物6o, 6p, 6q, 6v, 6x, 6y, 10c, 10d的pA₂值＞7.00.     

ZIF-8 immobilized nickel nanoparticles: highly effective catalysts for hydrogen generation from hydrolysis of ammonia borane

Highly dispersed Ni nanoparticles have been successfully immobilized by the zeolitic metal-organic framework ZIF-8 via sequential deposition-reduction methods, which show high catalytic activity and long durability for hydrogen generation from hydrolysis of aqueous ammonia borane (NH(3)BH(3)) at room temperature.     

Self-assembly of a neutral luminescent Au(12) cluster with D(2) symmetry

The preparation and characterization of luminescent neutral Au(12) shuttle-like complexes is reported which shows a cyclic framework consisting of twelve gold(i) ions arranged in a closed ring via non-covalent Au(i)Au(i) interactions to give a chiral D(2) symmetrical structure.     

pH-Directed assembly and magnetic properties of two polynuclear Mn complexes: (Δ, Λ)-{Mn3(phen)2(OOCCH3)6} and 1-D [Mn(phen)Cl2]n

When the reaction conditions are deliberately controlled by the pH, two different polynuclear manganese complexes, (Δ, Λ)-{Mn₃(phen)₂ (CH₃COO)₆} (1) and [Mn(phen)Cl₂]_n (2) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized from the same raw materials. The structural analyses show that 1 has a structure formed by neutral chiral linear trinuclear molecules, while 2 has a structure consisting of one-dimensional infinite chains. A study of the temperature dependent magnetic susceptibilities reveal that 1 is an antiferromagnetically coupled trimer molecule while 2 shows ferromagnetic interactions within the chain.     

Photoassisted "gate-lock" fluorescence "turn-on" in a new Schiff base and coordination ability of E-Z isomers

Rapid photoresponse (1.0-8.0 min) through fluorescence "turn-on" signaling displayed by a novel Schiff base (L) creating "gate lock" via intramolecular C-H···N interaction in photoisomerized product (L') has been described. Coordination chemistry of pre- and postirradiated species demonstrated a drastic change in the reactivity which has been supported by NMR, HRMS, UV-vis, emission, electrochemical, and complexation studies.     

Top-down fabrication of crystalline metal-organic framework nanosheets

Crystalline metal-organic framework (MOF) nanosheets have been fabricated via top-down delamination from bulk crystals of a layered MOF, {Zn(TPA)(H(2)O)·DMF}(n) (MOF-2), and characterized by Tyndall scattering, scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy measurements. The delaminated MOF-2 nanosheets exhibit remarkable amine intercalation property and reversible amine exchangeability.

Synthesis and blocking activities of isoindolinone- and isobenzofuranone-containing phenoxylalkylamines as potent α(1)-adrenoceptor antagonists

This paper describes the synthesis and blocking activities of twelve new isoindolinone- and isobenzofuranone-containing phenoxylalkylamines as potent α(1)-Adrenoceptor antagonists. These compounds were synthesized in moderate to good yields starting from 3,4-dimethylphenol, and characterized with (1)H-NMR, MS, IR and elemental analysis. Their blocking activities toward α(1)-Adrenoceptors were evaluated on isolated rat anococcygeus muscles. The results indicated that these compounds were very strong in blocking α(1)-Adrenoceptors, and most of them exhibited activities that were comparable to that of known potent α(1)-Adrenoceptor antagonist 1-(2,6-dimethylphenoxy)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenylethylamino)propane hydrochloride (DDPH).
