The reaction of triphenylphosphine with dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates in the presence of a strong SH-acid or NH-acid, such as 2-mercaptobenzoxazole and 2-benzoxazolinone, has been studied. In some cases, stable phosphorus ylides are obtained in excellent yields. The ylide moiety of these compounds is strongly conjugated with the adjacent carbonyl group, and the rotation about the partial double bond in (E) and (Z) geometrical isomers is slow on the NMR time scale at an ambient temperature. Thus, these exist as a mixture of geometrical isomers. 相似文献

Abstract
Synthesis of five phosphonato esters has been accomplished via reaction between dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate and triphenyl phosphite in the presence of biological compounds such as theophylline, 4-hydroxypyrimidine, 2H-3,1-benzoxazine-2,4(1H)-dione, 2-chloroaniline, or 3-nitroaniline at ambient temperature. Stable crystalline phosphorus ylides were obtained in excellent yields from the 1:1:1 addition reaction between triphenylphosphine and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, in the presence of strong NH-acids, such as imidazole, 2-methylimidazole, 4-methylimidazole, 2-ethylimidazole, benzimidazole, and 5,6-dimethylbezimidazole. These stable ylides exist in solution as a mixture of two geometrical isomers as a result of restricted rotation around the carbon–carbon partial double bond resulting from the conjugation of the ylide moiety with the adjacent carbonyl group. 相似文献

Fe(NO3)3·9H2O is used as an efficient and effective catalyst for the one‐pot three‐component synthesis of highly functionalized piperidines from aromatic aldehydes, anilines and b–ketoesters in ethanol at ambient temperature. An efficient and easy protocol for the one-pot three-component synthesis of phenylbenzo[g]chromenes was developed. The synthesis was achieved by the reaction of aromatic aldehydes, Meldrum’s acid, and 2-hydroxynaphthalene-1,4-dione in the presence of catalytic amount of Co(NO3)2·6H2O at room temperature. An efficient and straightforward procedure has been developed for the synthesis of highly substituted mono- and bis-N-aryl-3-aminodihydropyrrol-2-one-4-carboxylates via a one-pot, four-component domino reaction of amines, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates and formaldehyde in the presence of InCl3 (20 mol%) in MeOH at ambient temperature.
