Due to the high affinity between dithiocarbamate(DTC) and Hg2+,a fluorescent probe based on squaraine chromophore with DTC side arm for Hg2+via coordination induced deaggregation signaling has been designed and synthesized.Squaraine has a high tendency to aggregate in aqueous solution,and such self-aggregation usually results in a dramatic absorption spectral broadening with fluorescence emission quenching.The combination of the DTC side arm of the probe with Hg2+induces steric hindrance,leading to the deaggregation of the dye complex,companying with a fluorescence emission restoration.In EtOH–H2O(20:80,v/v) solution,this ‘‘turn on' fluorescent probe has high selectivity and sensitivity toward Hg2+over other metal ions,and the limit of detection for Hg2+was estimated as2.19 ? 10à8mol/L by 3s/k.  相似文献

Pentacene has been actively studied as relevant materials in organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) and organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). However, the low solubility and low stability of pentacene in common organic solvents have hindered its applications. When exposed to light or at high concentration, pentacene is found to dimerize easily. Many research groups are currently working on the design and synthesis of novel substituted pentacenes, but few of them systematically reported physical properties such as molecular spectroscopy and electronic properties, which might elucidate the influence of substituents on HOMO-LUMO gaps. Furthermore, the reactive nature of the central ring in pentacenes makes pentacenes good dienes for Diels-Alder reactions. In this paper, a series of soluble 6,13-disubstituted 2,3,9,10-tetrakis(trimethylsilyl)pentacenes were synthesized and characterized. Their reactions, structures, and physical properties were also studied. In addition, bulky o-carboranyl substituted pentacene derivative 15 and 6-chloro-2,3,9,10-tetrakis(trimethylsilyl)pentacene (16) were synthesized for the first time. Compound 16 possesses the largest dihedral angle (7.7° with two adjacent benzene rings) and shows a wave structure. Diels-Alder reactions with acceptable efficiency were carried out between 16 and various dienophiles.  相似文献

三卤化铟作为温和的路易斯酸可在水、醇等绿色溶剂中实现高化学选择性、高 区域选择性和高立体选择性的化学转化。综述了三卤化铟在羟醛反应和类羟醛-曼 尼希反应、Fiedel-Crafts反应、环氧化合物的重排反应、α-氨基膦酸的合成、喹 啉环系的构建、酯交换反应、Diels-Alder反应和杂Diels-Alder反应,手性呋喃二 醇的合成、水相中的叠氮解反应和二硫缩醛的制备中的应用,同时还总结了本课题 组将三卤化铟应用于Biginelli反应和还原脱氧反应的反应结果。三卤化铟在有机 合成中潜在的优势将推动“绿色化学”的发展。  相似文献

一些二氢嘧啶酮衍生物具有重要的药物活性 ,可用作钙拮抗剂、降压剂和α1- 1 - a-拮抗剂 [1] .目前 ,从海洋生物中分离得到的一些具有生物活性的生物碱也具有二氢嘧啶酮的核 [2 ] .因此 ,近年来 ,这类化合物的合成已引起人们的极大兴趣 .文献 [3 ]采用乙酰乙酸乙酯、苯甲醛和脲在强酸性条件下进行原位缩合 ,得到二氢嘧啶酮的衍生物 ,但是该反应的产率不高 .三溴化铟作为一个温和的路易斯酸 [4 ,5] ,可以高效地催化此类反应 .在这一催化体系中 ,不仅 β-酮酸酯可以发生缩合反应 ,而且相对困难的 β-二酮也可以发生此类反应 ,使一些在传统 Bi…  相似文献

为了合理利用甾体皂甙元资源, 系统地考察了16R-溴代孕甾-3S,20S-二醇二乙酸酯在不同反应条件下与碱的反应. 给出了选择性地分别转化16R-溴代孕甾-3S,20S-二醇二乙酸酯成为孕甾-16-烯-3S,20S-二醇二乙酸酯、16R-溴代孕 甾-3S,20S-二醇、孕甾-3S,16S,20S-三醇、孕甾-14,16-二烯-3S-醇乙酸酯和雄甾-16-烯-3S-醇等化合物的可控性反应结果. 这些条件可控性反应结果不仅为甾体药物和生物活性天然甾体化合物合成提供了新的合成中间体, 也为它们新合成策略和途径的设计提供了机遇.  相似文献

Phosphonate and phosphonamidate peptides are phosphorus analogues of natural peptides. They have been great used as stable mimetics of tetrahedral transition states as enzyme inhibitors and as haptens for catalytic antibody research in recent years. Although several methods are available for the preparation of phosphonate peptides and phosphonamidate peptides, all of them use phosphonic acid derivatives as starting materials. The overall yields from the synthesis of phosphonic acid derivatives to desired peptides are not satisfactory in most cases.  相似文献

Iron oxide nanoparticles modified with oleate have been employed for the extraction of peptides and proteins from aqueous solution before matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) mass spectrometric (MS) analysis. Adsorption of peptides and proteins onto the nanoparticles were mainly through electrostatic attraction and hydrophobic interaction. The analyte-adsorbed iron oxide nanoparticles could be efficiently collected from solution using a magnet. No elution step was needed. With this preconcentration strategy, the lowest detectable concentration of angiotensin I, insulin, and myoglobin in 500 microL of aqueous solution were 0.1 nM, 0.1 nM, and 10.0 nM, respectively. In addition, the nanoparticles could extract the analytes from solution with a high content of salt and surfactant, thus eliminating suppression effect during MALDI MS analysis. This method was successfully applied to concentrate the tryptic digest products of cytochrome c. In addition, the tryptic digestion of cytochrome c can be directly conducted on the iron oxide nanoparticles.  相似文献

In order to improve the resolution of digital holography with a common-dimension charge-coupled device (CCD) sensor, the point spread functions are briefly derived for the commonly used and practical post-magnification, pre-magnification, and image-plane digital holographic microscopic systems. The ultimate resolutions of these systems are analyzed and compared. The results show that the ultimate lateral resolution of pre-magnification digital holography is superior to that of post-magnification digital holography in the same conditions. We also demonstrate that the ultimate lateral resolution of image-plane digital holography has no correlation with the photosensitive dimension of the CCD sensor, and it is not significantly related to the pixel size of the sensor. Moreover, both the ultimate resolution and the imaging quality of image-plane digital holography are superior to that of pre- and post-magnification digital holographic microscopy. High-resolution imaging, whose resolution is close to the ultimate resolution of the microscope objective, can be achieved by image-plane digital holography even with a submillimeter-dimension sensor. This system, by which perfect imaging can be achieved, is optimal for commonly used digital holographic microscopy. Experimental results demonstrate the correctness of the theoretical analysis.  相似文献
