The title organotin carbohydrate, C31H36O6Sn, has been synthesized and its molecular structure has been determined in solution and in the solid state. NMR, infrared, mass and X-ray crystallographic techniques were used. The chiral molecules crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21 withZ=2. The triphenyltin and carbohydrate moieties are linked by a trans methylene-oxygen-methylene arrangement. The pyranosyl ring adopts a twist-boat conformation and the isopropylidene rings adopt different (half-chair and envelope) forms. Solution and solid-state conformations are similar as only three 13C shift values are greater than 2ppm; the 119Sn value is 12 ppm. 相似文献

The title compounds, [Sn(C6H5)2(C5H4S5)] and [Sn(C5H4S5)2], respectively, are of interest because they can be regarded as intermediate in nature between chelates and heterocyclic compounds containing the C3S5 fragment. The structure of the triclinic polymorph of acetone 2,4‐dinitrophenylhydrazone, C9H10N4O4, has been redetermined from diffraction data collected at 120 (2) K; the molecules are linked by C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds into centrosymmetric R22(10) dimers which are themselves linked into a chain by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. In the monoclinic polymorph, which crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P21/n, one type of molecule forms dimers exactly as in the triclinic polymorph, while the other forms C(6) chains. 相似文献

The synthesized compounds, generally with acyl and amido substituents, included 6,6′-N,N′ -diamido-6,6′ -dideoxy-α,α -trehalose derivatives, 6,6′ -bis(1,2,3,4-tetra-O-acetyl-β -D-glucopyranuronyl)-α, α -trehalose derivatives, 2,2′,3,3′ -tetra-O-acetyl-6,6′ -bis-(1,2,3,4-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranuronyl)-4,4′ -di-O-acyl-α,α-trehalose, 2, 2′, 3, 3′ -tetra-O-acetyl-6-(1,2,3,4-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranuronyl)-4,4′,6′ -tri-O-acyl-α,α-trehalose, and 2,2′,3,3′,4,4′ -hexa-O-acetyl-6,6′ -bis-(1,2,3,4-tetra-O-acetyl-6-O-succinyl-β-D-glucopyranuronyl)-α,α-trehalose. Compounds were characterized by NMR, IR, MS and optical rotations; elemental analyses; or HRMS. The compounds formed amorphous materials either on fast quenching of melts or on spray drying. Molecules of the title compounds N2‐(benzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O2, (I), N2‐(2‐hydroxybenzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (II), and N2‐benzoyloxy‐2‐hydroxybenzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (III), all have extended chain conformations, with the aryl groups remote from one another. In (I), the molecules are linked into chains by a single N—H⋯N hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.15 Å, N⋯N = 3.029 (2) Å and N—H⋯N = 153°] and these chains are linked into sheets by means of aromatic π–π stacking interactions. There is one intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond in (II), and a combination of one three‐centre N—H⋯(N,O) hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.46 Å, H⋯O = 2.31 Å, N⋯N = 3.190 (2) Å, N⋯O = 3.146 (2) Å, N—H⋯N = 138° and N—H⋯O = 154°] and one two‐centre C—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.46 Å, C⋯O = 3.405 (2) Å and C—H⋯O = 173°] links the molecules into sheets. Dodecyl 2‐nitrophenyl disulphide, C18H29NO2S2, contains an intramolecular S?O contact of 2.623 (3) Å. The angle between the planes of the NO2 group and the attached phenyl ring is 4.2 (3)°. The thermal vibrations of the atoms increase along the paraffinic chain. The nitroso O atom not involved in the S?O intramolecular contact also has high thermal motion. Attempts to create disordered models to allow for the thermal motions were unsuccessful. 相似文献
