The biomimetic sol—gel synthesis of silicon—chitosan-containing glycerohydrogels was carried out using silicon tetraglycerolate as a precursor. It was found that chitosan accelerates gel formation in weakly acidic media. In more acidic media, the kinetics of the process changes according to the curve with a maximum, which can be attributed to different mechanisms of silanol condensation before and after the isoelectric point. The investigated silicon—chitosan-containing glycerohydrogels exhibit antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and wound healing activity. The synthesized hybrid glycerohydrogels are promising materials for biomedical applications.  相似文献

By condensation of thiophenecarbaldehyde and m-nitrobenzaldehyde with furyl-, thienylmethylenecyclohexanones in basic medium 2-(het)arylmethylene-6-thienylmethylenecyclohexanones were prepared. Under the conditions of acid catalysis analogously built dienones were synthesized containing 5-nitrothiophene fragment. Based on the data of IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy their E,E-configuration was established.  相似文献

Silicon carbonitride films were synthesized from new volatile precursors by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition. Based on a detailed study of the morphology of film surfaces, it was found that the layer material was an amorphous matrix with inclusions of nanosized crystals. Calculation of the structure of the crystalline phase from synchrotron X-ray diffraction patterns demonstrated that the entire set of the diffraction peaks detected is indexed by a tetragonal structure with the lattice parameters a = 9.6 Å and c = 6.4 Å. This is consistent with the fact that the carbon 1s and nitrogen 1s core level X-ray photoelectron spectra exhibited only sp 3 bonding, which was expected for superhard carbon nitride phases.  相似文献

Conclusions The tungsten heteropoly acids in acetic acid are the most active in the dealkylation of 4-alkyl-2,6-di-tert-butylphenols. The reaction is first order with respect to the substrate and with respect to the HPA, and water slows the reaction. The applicability of standard methods to determining tar and nicotine in tobacco smoke condensates by the mechanical smoking of cigarettes was assessed for the differentiation of samples satisfying currently accepted hygienic standards. Circular dichroism was used to study reaction of K2PdCl4 with polydeoxyribonucleotides and calf thymus DNA. The optical and structural characteristics of the molecular components were determined to show that K2PdCl4 reacts with natural and synthetic acids, producing profound rearrangements in their structure.  相似文献

Regiospecific introduction of the 2-naphthyl residue into position 4 of the pyridine ring occurs in the reactions of isoquinolinium salts with 4-methylpyridinium salts through the intermolecular transformation of the isoquinoline bicyclic system involving the methyl group of the pyridinium salt. The reaction occurs under the action of methylammonium sulfite in an aqueous medium on heating. This method provides ring transformation not only for isoquinolinium salts but even for unsubstituted isoquinoline.  相似文献

Heating of dimethyl(2,2-dimethylhydrazino)silane and methylbis(2,2-dimethylhydrazino)silane with 1-hexene or styrene in the presence of a catalytic amount of rhodium dicarbonylacetylacetonate gives rise to adducts by the terminal carbon atom (yields 45-84%). The same reactions with phenylacetylene give complex mixtures of products formed primarily by disproportionation of the starting organosilicon reagents.  相似文献

Transformations of polymeric trimethylacetate complexes [M(OH) n (OOCCMe3)2 – n ] m (M = Ni (I) and Co (II)) and clusters Ni9(4-OH)3(3-OH)3(-O,O-OOCCMe3)(-O,O"-OOCCMe3)7(3-O,O,O"-OOCCMe3)3(4-O,O,O",O"-OOCCMe3)(HOOCCMe3)4(III) and Co6(3-OH)2(-OOCCMe3)10(HOOCCMe3)4(VIII), which are formed from Iand IIupon their recrystallization from nonpolar solvents, were studied. It was shown that the action of N-phenyl-o-phenylenediamine (L) on Ior IIIresults, depending on the solvent, in different tetranuclear clusters with the hydroxo bridges. For example, in benzene, the L2Ni4(3-OH)2(HOOCCMe3)4(-OOCCMe3)6complex (IX) is formed; its L molecules are coordinated in a monodentate way, whereas in acetonitrile, they chelate to give the {[o-C6H4(NH2)(NHPh)]2Ni4(3-OH)2(MeCN)2(OOCCMe3)2(-OOCCMe3)4} compound (X). Heating of Xin the presence of atmospheric oxygen yields IX, the mononuclear bissemiquinonediimine [o-C6H4(NH)(NPh)]2Ni complex (XI), and water. It was noted that the use of aniline in these reactions affords, independent of the nature of the solvent, only one (NH2C6H5)2Ni4(3-OH)2(HOOCCMe3)4(-OOCCMe3)6cluster (VI); in acetonitrile, this cluster is formed as the solvate VI· 2HOOCCMe3(VIa). When treated with ethanol, Iand IIIgive the Ni4(EtOH)6(3-OH)2(2-OOCCMe3)4(OOCCMe3)2cluster (V), which is structurally close to the known cobalt-containing analog IV. Thermolysis of IVin decalin at 170° causes its dimerization, giving the octanuclear Co8(4-O)2( n -OOCCMe3)12complex (VII) with the tetradentate oxo bridges.  相似文献

The reaction of propargylamine with the hexanuclear complex CoII 6(3-OH)2(OOCCMe3)10(HOOCCMe3)4 or the polymer [Co(OH)n(OOCCMe3)2–n]x under an argon atmosphere afforded the unstable paramagnetic tetramine complex CoII(OOCCMe3)2(H2NCH2CCH)4 (1). In air, if an excess of propargylamine is present, the latter complex is transformed into the complex CoIII(OOCCMe3)2(NH2CH2CCH)2[2-N,N"-(HCCCH2N=CHCHCH=N—CH2CCH)] (2) containing a new ligand, viz., the 1,3-di(propargylimino)propane anion, which is a formal analog of the acetylacetonate anion. In contrast to propargylamine, 1,3-diaminopropane reacted with the CoII trimethylacetate clusters in air to produce the cationic complex [CoIII{1,3-(NH2)2(CH2)3}2(OOCCMe3)2]+OOCCMe3 (3) without entering into condensation reactions. The structures of the resulting complexes were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献
