通过简单取代反应,合成了一个新的混金属簇合物(μ3-S)FeCo2(CO)7(dppfe) (2) (dppfe=Ph2PC5H4FeC5H4PPh2).利用IR,1H NMR,MS 和 X-ray单晶衍射的方法对簇合物2进行了结构表征.簇合物2的晶体属于三斜晶系,空间群为Pī.晶胞参数: a=1.132 4(15) nm, b=1.3670(17) nm, c=1.5769(2) nm,α=114.646(2)°,β=100.340(2)°,γ=100.113(3)°, V=2.0953(5) nm3. 相似文献

利用席夫碱与亚磷酸酯反应, 合成了新型O,O'-二烷基-α-(6-甲氧苯并噻唑-2-基氨基)-4-氟苯基膦酸酯化合物, 结构经元素分析, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR和X单晶衍射确认. X单晶衍射测试结果表明: 化合物3d分子属于四面体晶系, 空间群I4(1)/a, a=2.1055(3) nm, b=2.1055(3) nm, c=2.0521(5) nm, α=90.00°, β=90.00°, γ=90.00°, V=0.9098(3) nm3,
Z=16, Dc=1.321 mg/m3, =0.250 mm-1, F(000)=3808. 化合物还存在着1个分子内氢键[N(2)—H(2)…O(1)]. 生物测定表明化合物3f在20 g/mL浓度下对PC3细胞的抑制率为84.3%. 相似文献

Four novel lanthanide coordination polymers [Pr(mal)(OH)(bipy) · 2H2O]n (1), {[Dy1(SBA)3(H2O)2][Dy2(SBA)3(H2O)2] · 4H2O}n (2), {[Tb(OHnic)(Onic)(H2O)5 · (OHnicH)] · H2O}n (3) and {[Sm(OHnic)(Onic)(H2O)5 · (OHnicH)] · H2O}n (4) (Hmal = maleic acid, HSBA = 4-sulfobenzoic acid, OHnicH = 6-hydroxynicotinic acid and bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine) have been synthesized and determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is a 1-D helical chain with seven-coordinated praseodymium centers. Complex 2 forms 1-D chain-like molecular structure containing two crystallographically unique dysprosium centers, the Dy1 center is seven-coordinated while Dy2 is eight-coordinated. The isomorphous complexes 3 and 4 exhibit an unprecedented 1-D chain-like polymeric structure through hydroxyl oxygen atoms of bridging Onic2− anions linking up the neighboring central ions, and there exist three types of 6-OHnicH ligands in the structural unit which is rare for lanthanide carboxylate complexes. To systematically explore the assembly mechanism of a rutile-type open framework of {[Zn(3)(pbdc)(2)]·2H(3)O}(n) (3) (H(4)pbdc = 5-phosphonobenzene-1,3-dicarboxylic acid) constructed by 3-connected pbdc ligands and 6-connected Zn(3)(CO(2))(4)(PO(3))(2) secondary building units (Zn(3)-SBUs), three major factors including solvothermal procedures, types of solvents and amines, are taken into consideration. Seven novel structures, namely {[Zn(5)(pbdc)(2)(OH)(2)(H(2)O)(4)]·4H(2)O}(n) (1), {[Zn(3)(pbdc)(2)·H(2)O]·(Htea)·H(3)O·2-5(H(2)O)}(n) (2), {[Zn(3)(pbdc)(2)](H(3)O)(2)(dma)}(n) (4), {[Zn(2)(pbdc)(taea)]·3H(2)O}(n) (5), {[Zn(3)(pbdc)(2)(Hpda)(2)]·2H(2)O}(n) (6), {[Zn(5)(pbdc)(2)(Hpbdc)(2)]·2H(2)pz·9H(2)O}(n) (7), {[Zn(3)(pbdc)(2)]·Hpd·H(3)O·4H(2)O}(n) (8) are obtained. The results indicate that the layered-solvothermal method and the isopropanol solvent play crucial roles in the construction of the special anionic open framework of [Zn(3)(pbdc)(2)](2-). Changing these two factors led molecular assembly away from the rutile-type open framework. However, amines play a variable role in the framework, which means that by using appropriate amines, molecular assembly could generate the open framework of [Zn(3)(pbdc)(2)](2-) with pores decorated by amines. These results suggest a different approach towards decorating pores in anionic frameworks with precise structural information. 相似文献

A new coordination polymer [Ni(3-bpo)(m-bdc)(C2H5OH) 2]n(1,3-bpo = 2,5-bis(3-pyridyl) -1,3,4-oxadiazole,m-H2bdc = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid) was solvothermally synthesi-zed and characterized by IR,TGA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title complex crystalli-zes in the orthorhombic system,space group Pnma with a = 7.786(3) ,b = 17.253(6) ,c = 18.478(6) ,V = 2481.9(14) 3,Mr = 539.18,Dc = 1.443 g/cm3,Z = 4,R = 0.0353 and wR = 0.0589. The m-bdc and 3-bpo bridge two Ni(Ⅱ) ions through two carboxylate groups and two pyridyl groups forming a 1D infinite double-sinusoidal chain along the c axis. The photoluminescence of 1 shows a large red shift compared to that of free ligands in the solid state. 相似文献

采用元素分析、1H核磁共振谱(1H NMR)和电喷雾电离质谱研究了两个大环主体分子β-环糊精(β-CD)和18-冠-6 (18C6), 结果显示, 二者通过简单地混合形成了计量比为1:1的超分子包合物18C6-β-CD. 基于二维核磁共振谱(ROESY)的分析, 提出了分子间相互作用的可能位点: 18C6更倾向于驻留在β-CD的小口端. 用热重分析和气相色谱飞行时间质谱比较了包合作用前后热降解过程包括降解度和降解产物的差异性, 研究表明, 18C6的存在促使β-CD提前分解, 同时, 由于分子间相互作用, 导致二者分解产物中大碎片的相对含量大幅减小. 这些结果显示, 一个柔性大环分子18C6和一个刚性大环分子β-CD之间通过分子组装可以形成超分子包合物. 相似文献

The title compound 1-(1,3-dimethyl-5-chloropyrazol-4-carbonyl)-3-(2-chlorophenyl)-5-amino-4-cyanopyrazole (C16H12Cl2N6O) has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction: Triclinic, space group P1, with a = 8.6712(8) Å, b = 9.5091(10) Å, c = 11.2170(11) Å = 71.531(2)°, = 84.683(2)°, = 74.099(2)° Z = 2; V = 843.7(14) Å3. C(10), O(1), C(11), and N(2) atoms are coplanar with the average deviation of 0.0071 Å, which form 11.03° and 43.93° dihedral angles with pyrazole planes (I) and (II), respectively. 相似文献
