Solvent-free reactions of salicylaldehyde with various boronic acids and amines were accomplished under ball-milling conditions to achieve the corresponding alkyl- and arylaminophenols in good to excellent yields. Abstract  

Ethylenebis(N-methylimidazolium) ditribromide, a stable crystalline solid, is easily prepared by reaction of the corresponding dibromide salt with bromine in n-hexane. 1,3-Diketones and β-ketoesters can be brominated chemoselectively to the corresponding α-monobrominated products by using this reagent at 0–5 °C. Under the same reaction conditions, diethyl malonate, ethyl cyanoacetate, and malonitrile were monobrominated at moderate yield.  相似文献

In this study, N-hydroxyphthalimide (NHPI) was successfully attached on functionalized SiO2-coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles through amid bond. The sustained nanomagnetite-immobilized NHPI as a new magnetically recoverable catalyst was characterized by FT-IR, XRD, TGA, VSM, TEM and SEM techniques. The prepared catalyst exhibited high selectivity for oxidation of various benzyl alcohols and hydrocarbons in the presence of hydrogen peroxide as oxidant. The catalyst can be readily separated from the reaction mixture using an external magnet and reused several times without significant loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

A simple and effective procedure for regioselective preparation of 1,2,3‐triazoles from benzyl azides and propargylic alcohols is described using CuSO4.5H2O and sodium ascorbate. To screen the antibacterial activity of some newly synthesized triazole derivatives, minimum inhibitory concentration of 3d and 3k was evaluated against gram positive Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis and gram negative Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.  相似文献

Today, plant extracts based on synthetic procedures have drawn consideration over conventional methods like physical and chemical procedures to synthesize nanomaterials. Green synthesis of nanomaterials has become an area of interest because of numerous advantages such as non-hazardous, economical, and feasible methods with a variety of applications in biomedicine, nanotechnology and nano-optoelectronics and as catalysts for various organic transformations. In this research, silver nanoparticles were deposited on the surface of nano-silica spheres by an in-situ reduction of Ag+ ions using an aqueous extract of Thymus kotschyanus aerial parts as a natural reducing and a capping agent. The result recorded from ultraviolet–visible (UV–Vis) spectrometer, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), thermal gravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM–EDS) and X-ray powder diffraction supports the biosynthesis and characterization of Ag/SiO2 nanoparticles. The results indicated that the average size of Ag/SiO2 nanoparticles is 25–60 nm. The Ag/SiO2 nanoparticles act as an environmentally friendly heterogeneous catalyst in the synthesis of spirooxindoles via the three-component condensation reaction of isatins, activated methylene reagents, and 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds in aqueous media, and the desired products were obtained with yields ranging from 90 to 98%. The catalyst can be recovered easily and used repetitively without significant loss of catalytic activity.
