两个回归参数相等性检验一直是统计界感兴趣的问题之一．在这篇文章中，四个检验统计量被用于度量两曲线的差异，在原假设下统计量的分布采用向量数据的重复抽样来逼近，并给出了—些模拟结果．     

硅中铜与电子辐照缺陷的相互作用

本文研究了FZ与CZ硅中铜与电子辐照缺陷的相互作用.实验表明,这种作用使扩铜并经电子辐照的n型FZ硅出现两个未经报道的新的深中心,E(0.043)和E(0.396).前者只存在于FZ硅而不存在于CZ硅.后者在扩铜并经电子辐照的n型FZ和CZ硅中都存在.电子辐照再加适当温度的热处理还可电激活硅中的铜,另外,铜的存在还使硅中双空位的退火温度显著地降低.种种实验表明,在硅中与铜有关的六个主要能级分别对应于六种不同结构的深中心,在这些深中心之中既包含铜又包含点缺陷.其中E(0.043)很可能是铜与间隙硅原子的络合物,而E(0.167)及H(0.411)则很可能是铜与空位的不同形态的络合物.     

HL—1装置碳化和采用抽气孔栏时的可见辐射观测

本文描述了HL-1装置器壁碳化和采用抽气孔栏时,氢及杂质通量的变化情况;利用多道可见辐射的时空分布测量,得到了MARFE放电,在产生MARFE时,辐射热也相应增强。     

Equivalent boundary integral equations for plane elasticity

Indirect and direct boundary integral equations equivalent to the original boundary value problem of differential equation of plane elasticity are established rigorously. The unnecessity or deficiency of some customary boundary integral equations is indicated by examples and numerical comparison.     

A Novel and Efficient Catalytic System for Aerobic Oxidative Coupling of 2-Naphthol Derivatives

The paper reported a novel and efficient aerobic oxidative coupling reaction of 2-naphthol derivatives catalyzed by CuCu (Ⅰ or Ⅱ)N-alkylimidazole complexes in excellent yields. The crystal structure of CuCu(Ⅱ)N-methylimidazole complex to be determined by X-Ray.     

Decomposition of Transformer Oil Under Ultrasonic Irradiation During Degassing Process

In the degassing process of transformer oil with ultrasonic waves ,decompostition of the oil was observed.Light hydrocarbons,including methane,ethane,ethylene ,aceylene,propane etc,were found to be released continuously from the oil into headspace within a closed vial placed in an ultrasonic field ,The gases came from decomposition of hydrocarbon molecules under cavitation effect.     

Photocatalytic Oxidation of Aniline in the Gas Phase Using Porous TiO2 Thin Films

The gas-phase photocatalytic oxidation of aniline on a new kind of porous nano-TiO₂ composite films is investigated. The composite film was prepared on glass fiber with the water glass as binders and dilute H₂SO₄ solution as solidifying reagent. The surface characters were observed by scanning electron microscope. The photocatalytic degradation of aniline on the composite films was carried out in a TiO₂/UV system. Some important factors affecting the photodegradation, such as the concentration of TiO₂, the initial concentration of aniline, and the existing water vapor, are also studied. The product of photocatalytic oxidation was detected by Fourier transform-Infrared. The partial intermediate products were absorbed on TiO₂ surface, which resulted in catalyst deactivation. But when it was irradiated under UV illumination or solar irradiation for some time, the catalyst could be reused without loss of catalytic activity. 1,3-二烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷/苯乙烯共聚合的环化率与竞聚率

对１３０℃下１，３ 二烯基 １，１，３，３ 四甲基二硅氧烷（ＤＶＤＳ）／苯乙烯（Ｓｔ）的溶液环化共聚合动力学进行了研究．根据低转化率（＜１０％）的共聚物组成及环状结构比例，通过参数估计方法，求得环化率与竞聚率，分别为ｒ１＝０１０２、ｒ２＝３４８、ｒｃ＝００２１０、Ｋｃ＝３８１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ、Ｋ′ｃ＝０３８９ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，同时得到它们９５％置信概率的联合置信区间及其交互影响的联合置信区间．表明ＤＶＤＳ的反应活性较Ｓｔ低，其非环状结构自由基具有较强的分子内环化反应能力；环的位阻效应使环状结构ＤＶＤＳ自由基的活性低于其非环状结构自由基．     

二氧化碳和氧气的快速电化学方法联合测定

根据Ｏ２和ＣＯ２在二甲亚砜（ＤＭＳＯ）介质中Ｐｔ电极上的伏安特性，采用微电极并结构计算机控制的电位调制技术，建立了快速联合测定ＣＯ２和Ｏ２的调制电位脉冲库仑法和调制电位脉冲电流法，取得了满意的结果。一次测量时间快达４０ｍｓ。ＣＯ２检测范围０￣１０％（体积百分比）；Ｏ２检测范围不受限制。通过编程设计特定的调制电位－时间波形，可保持连续检测的长期稳定性。     

用4,4‘—壬二酰基—双（1—苯基—3—甲基—吡唑酮—5）萃取分离钍

本文研究了标题试剂(简称H_2A)与Th(Ⅳ)的络合作用及萃取行为,考查了H_2A对Fe(Ⅲ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、La(Ⅲ)、Yb(Ⅲ)和U(Ⅵ)的萃取作用,试验了它对Th(Ⅳ)与上述元素及Ca(Ⅱ)、Mg(Ⅱ)、Cr(Ⅲ)、In(Ⅲ)、V(Ⅴ)、Zr(Ⅵ)的分离效果。
