The possibilities for developing devices on the basis of superionic conductors for measuring and providing advance electric energy consumption and determining the integral index of luminous energy are considered. It is experimentally shown that the consumed charge and the illumination intensity in a certain time interval can be measured without feeding power to the devices. The measuring transducers are easy to design and realize. The reliability and reproducibility of results are supported.  相似文献

Atomic-force microscopy is used to study the supramolecular structure of submicron films of electroactive thermally stable polymer (polydiphenylenephthalide (PDP)). It has been demonstrated that PDP films produced using centrifuging are solid homogeneous films with thicknesses down to several nanometers, which correspond to two or three monomolecular layers. The film volume is structurized at thicknesses greater than 100 nm. The study of the rheological properties of solutions used for film production yields a crossover point that separates the domains of strongly diluted and semidiluted solutions. A transition from the globular structure to the associate structure is observed in films that are produced using solutions with a boundary concentration. A model of the formation of polymer film that involves the presence of associates in the original solution is discussed.  相似文献

This paper presents the results of an experimental investigation of the supramolecular structure of polydiphenylenephthalide thin films that exhibit effects of resistive switching. The supramolecular structure of the polymer has been investigated using small-angle neutron scattering in conjunction with atomic force microscopy. It has been found that the internal structure of polymer films consists of structural elements in the form of spheroids. The sizes of the structural elements, which were obtained from the neutron scattering data and analysis of the atomic force microscopy images, correlate well with each other. A model of the formation of polymer layers has been proposed. The observed structural elements in polymer films are formed due to the association of macromolecules in the initial polymer solution.  相似文献

Application of RC-structures with distributed parameters for converting low- and infralow-frequency signals in analog microelectronics is studied. Two classic RC-circuits with distributed parameters as elements of rejector filters are studied. Functions of the transmission coefficient by voltage and current and calculated amplitude–frequency characteristics are presented. The rejection frequency in either circuit is regulated by electrically restructuring the overall resistance or overall capacitance of the RC-structure.  相似文献

New dihetarylethenes containing the six-membered bridging moiety, viz., N 2-alkyl-5-furyl-4-thienylpyridazinones, were synthesized. These compounds have photochromic properties in solution. The hindered rotation of the thiophene and furan rings around the single bonds that link these rings to the double bond of the pyridazinone moiety results in the formation of mixtures of chiral diastereomers in solution, the lifetimes of the diastereomers being no longer than 0.2 s. The photochromic rearrangement of pyridazinones is characterized by the highly efficient photocoloration and the photobleaching, which is an order of magnitude less efficient, in the absence of thermal relaxation processes.  相似文献

The possibility of designing measuring devices based on superionic conductors and thermal converters is studied. A method for measuring the average temperature difference between the supply and reflux pipelines of heat supply systems is suggested. The characteristics of nonphonon pairing of hybridized p and d electrons in planar complexes RuO2 are studied in the presence of a strong short-range Hubbard repulsion. Using 13.7 fb(-1) of data recorded by the CLEO detector at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring, we investigate the spectrum of charmed baryons which decay into Lambda+(c)pi(-)pi(+) and are more massive than the Lambda+(c)(2625) baryon. We find evidence for two new states: one is broad and has an invariant mass roughly 480 MeV above that of the Lambda+(c) baryon; the other is narrow with an invariant mass of 596+/-1+/-2 MeV above the Lambda+(c) mass.  相似文献

The tau decays to six-pion final states have been studied with the CLEO detector at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring. The measured branching fractions are B(tau(-)-->2pi(-)pi(+)3pi(0)nu(tau)) = (2.2+/-0.3+/-0.4)x10(-4) and B(tau(-)-->3pi(-)2pi(+)pi(0)nu(tau)) = (1.7+/-0.2+/-0.2)x10(-4). A search for substructure in these decays shows that they are saturated by intermediate states with eta or omega mesons. We present the first observation of the decay tau(-)-->2pi(-)pi(+)omega(nu)tau and the branching fraction is measured to be (1.2+/-0.2+/-0.1)x10(-4). The measured branching fractions are in good agreement with the isospin expectations but somewhat below the conserved-vector-current predictions.  相似文献
