玻璃载体表面脱氧核糖核酸的固定及其化学发光检测

用硅烷化偶联剂把ＤＮＡ直接共价固定在载玻片表面，将辣根过氧化物酶标记的探针与之进行核酸杂交，杂交后用增强的化学发光检测。方法的检出限为７５ｐｇ。研究了ＤＮＡ分子固定在玻璃载体表面的各种条件，并建立了在玻璃载体表面进行核酸杂交的体系，为研究光纤ＤＮＡ生物传感器打下了基础。     

神经生长因子的化学发光标记与检测

以辣根过氧化物酶（ＨＲＰ）和吖啶酯（ＡＥ）为化学发光标记试剂分别标记神经生长因子（ＮＧＦ）单克隆抗体，经分离纯化制成标记抗体（ＨＲＰ－Ａｂ，ＡＥ－Ａｂ），采用化学发光免疫分析法（ＣＬＩＡ）对ＮＧＦ进行检测，其检出限为０．５ｎｇ／ｍＬ，线性范围为２～１２８ｎｇ／ｍＬ．１０例样本分别用ＣＬＩＡ和ＲＩＡ进行检测，其结果无显著性差异．     

千克级窄分子质量分布聚苯乙烯的制备与表征

以正丁基锂为引发剂，以经过处理的工业级环己烷为溶剂、四氢呋喃为促进剂，用阴离子聚合的方法，在常压和惰性气体保护条件下，制得一系列千克级窄分子质量分布的聚苯乙烯，利用IR、^1H-NMR、GPC等技术对聚苯乙烯产物进行了表征，分析了影响聚苯乙烯的分子质量及分子质量分布的因素。     

Catalytic activity of chiral chelating N-heterocyclic carbene palladium complexes towards asymmetric allylic alkylation

Abstract

The catalytic activity of a series of chiral heteroaryl coordinated chelating N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) palladium complexes towards asymmetric allylic alkylation (AAA) were presented here. The effects of different N-substituents, NHC backbones and chelate rings on the catalytic activity and the enantioselectivity of the alkylation of (E)-1,3-diarylallyl acetates with dialkyl malonate were investigated. The results showed that, under the optimized conditions, complexes 3a, 3b, and 3i carrying the pyridinyl-coordinated five-membered chelate ring showed high catalytic activity and chiral induction efficiency. The corresponding alkylated products were obtained in high yields with moderate ee. Furthermore, it was found that the substituents of (E)-1,3-diarylallyl acetates and the type of the nucleophile affect the results as well.     

肉豆蔻酸单萜醇酯对布南色林经皮透过的影响

本文以环状单萜醇α-萜品醇、L-薄荷醇及链状单萜醇香叶醇、香茅醇为先导化合物,采用酰氯酯化法合成肉豆蔻酸α-萜品醇酯(TER-C14)、肉豆蔻酸-L-薄荷醇酯(MEN-C14)、肉豆蔻酸香叶醇酯(GER-C14)和肉豆蔻酸香茅醇酯(CIT-C14),并考察单萜醇及其肉豆蔻酯作为促透剂对布南色林(Blo)的促透效果。通过体外经皮渗透实验、体外释放实验和分子模拟技术初步探究单萜醇及其肉豆蔻酯的促透机制。结果显示,当GER-C14或CIT-C14为促透剂时,均有显著的促透效果(P<0.05),并且24h经皮累积透过量是空白组的4.84倍和4.45倍。促透机制为肉豆蔻酸单萜醇酯破坏药物与神经酰胺之间的氢键相互作用,增加脂质迁移率和药物的自由能,从而促进药物的渗透。肉豆蔻酸单萜醇酯有望作为新型促透剂在经皮给药系统中广泛应用。     

TEMPO-catalyzed decarboxylation reactions for the synthesis of 1,2-unsubstituted indolizines

An efficient synthesis of 1,2-unsubstituted indolizines was developed via 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl (TEMPO)–catalyzed decarboxylation reaction. A series of target products were successfully prepared with the tolerance of a variety of functional groups. This protocol features advantages such as easily available substrates, broad substituent scope, and eco-friendly conditions.     

NIS-promoted multicomponent reaction of 2-aminopyridines with aldehydes and nitromethane for the synthesis of 3-nitroimidazo[1.2-a]pyridines

An efficient synthesis of 3-nitroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridines has been developed via N-iodosuccinimide (NIS)-mediated multicomponents reaction of 2-aminopyridines, aldehydes, and nitromethane under metal-free conditions. This protocol has many advantages such as broad substituent scope, mild and eco-friendly conditions, high step economy, and good yields.
