基于有限元的舌体三维温度场数值模拟

依据生物体自然形态所进行的三维温度场建构与计算是近年来国内外生物传热研究中的焦点之一.采用血管铸型的方法获取猪舌的血管树,通过数码成像及逆向建模将其转换为计算机可识别的数字模型.以Pennes方程为基准方程,对自然形态和实际传热状态下的舌体三维温度场进行了重构计算,并获得成功.通过此方法可获取其它生物体器官三维空间的温度分布,对本研究而言,舌体三维温度场计算的成功为探索生物传热与中医舌诊的机理研究搭建了技术平台.     

以含碘氨基酸类激素为例刍议微量非金属元素在生物体内的作用机制

选取第五周期元素碘,结合多学科的研究方法论对含碘氨基酸类激素在生物体内的合成和分解代谢进行系统性分析。通过解析碘元素本身性质及其各个氧化态之间的转化,探讨碘元素在生物体内的作用机制,揭示自然界对物质代谢的精细调控。这一教学模式探索性地融入无机化学、元素有机化学、分子生物学、生物化学、生物物理学、化学生物学等一系列学科内容,旨在让学生在领悟生命科学内在规律,从而激发其科研及学习热情,并训练学生的类比思维和思辨能力。期对培养21世纪跨学科综合型人才的培养有所助益。     

Characteristics of pentacene organic thin film transistor with top gate and bottom contact

High performance pentacene organic thin film transistors (OTFT) were designed and fabricated using SiO₂ deposited by electron beam evaporation as gate dielectric material. Pentacene thin films were prepared on glass substrate with S--D electrode pattern made from ITO by means of thermal evaporation through self-organized process. The threshold voltage V_TH was --2.75± 0.1V in 0---50V range, and that subthreshold slopes were 0.42± 0.05V/dec. The field-effect mobility (μ_EF) of OTFT device increased with the increase of V_DS, but the μ_EF of OTFT device increased and then decreased with increased V_GS when V_DS was kept constant. When V_DS was --50V, on/off current ratio was 0.48× 10⁵ and subthreshold slope was 0.44V/dec. The μ_EF was 1.10cm²/(V.s), threshold voltage was --2.71V for the OTFT device.     

频域反射法光纤延时精密测量

本文提出了一种应用于光纤延时系统中实现光纤延时精密测量的新方法,用以提高光纤延时测量的精度和准确性.该方法以1064 nm激光调制信号作为光源,通过测量回波信号的幅值和相位信息得到被测通道的频率响应,采用快速傅里叶逆变换得到被测目标的延时信息,实现光纤延时测量.本文通过理论分析和延时测量实验对频域反射法与传统的时域测量方法进行对比,使用频域反射法在调制频率范围10—200 MHz,采样频率间隔0.5 MHz的实验条件下,实现了3.3 ps延时测量分辨率,并证明了该方法具有比时域方法更高的测量精度,测量结果的准确性更好.     

对以并五苯和酞菁铜为不同有源层的有机薄膜晶体管特性研究

通过扫描电镜和X射线衍射对SiO₂衬底上生长并五苯和酞菁铜薄膜的表面形貌进行表征,并得到在SiO₂衬底上生长的并五苯薄膜是以岛状结构生长,其大小约为100nm,且薄膜有较好的结晶取向,呈多晶态存在. 酞菁铜薄膜则没有表现出明显的生长机理,其呈非晶态存在. 还对通过掩膜的方法制作得以酞菁铜和并五苯为有源层的顶栅极有机薄膜晶体管的特性进行了研究. 有源层的厚度为40nm,绝缘层SiO₂的厚度为250nm,器件的沟道宽长比(W/关键词： 有机薄膜晶体管 并五苯薄膜 酞菁铜薄膜 μ_EF)')" href="#">场效应迁移率(μ_EF)     

CO<Subscript>2</Subscript>-responsive Polymeric Fluorescent Sensor with Ultrafast Response

Abstract Response speed is one of the most important evaluation criteria for CO₂ sensors. In this work, we report an ultrafast CO₂ fluorescent sensor based on poly[oligo(ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate]-b-poly[N,N-diethylaminoethyl methacrylate-r-4-(2-methylacryloyloxyethylamino)-7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole] [POEGMA-b-P(DEAEMA-r-NBDMA)], in which DEAEMA units act as the CO₂-responsive segment and 4-nitrobenzo-2-oxa-1,3-diazole (NBD) is the chromophore. The micelles composed of this copolymer could disassemble in 2 s upon CO₂ bubbling, accompanying with enhanced fluorescence emission with bathochromic shift. Furthermore, the quantum yield of the NBD chromophore increases with both the CO₂ aeration time and the NBD content. Thus we attribute the fluorescent enhancement to the inhibition of the photo-induced electron transfer between unprotonated tertiary amine groups and NBD fluorophores. The sensor is durable although it is based on “soft” materials. These micellar sensors could be facilely recycled by alternative CO₂/Ar purging for at least 5 times, indicating good reversibility.     

ICP-MS测量溶液中痕量Sm的不确定度评定

为了更合理、科学地表示测量结果 ,本文按照 GUM和国家质量技术监督局颁布的计量技术规范 ,对电感耦合等离子体 -质谱 (ICP- MS)测量溶液中痕量 Sm的不确定度进行了评定 ,提供了计算过程所需各参数的采集和计算方法 ,评定了各标准不确定度分量、合成标准不确定度、自由度和扩展不确定度。此方法还可为类似仪器测量结果不确定度的评定提供参考。     

低温氩等离子体中的单探针和发射光谱诊断技术

使用静电探针和发射光谱分析方法，测量了实验室圆柱形辉光等离子体轴向I-V曲线和发射光谱.通过电子能量概率函数方法、Fermi-Dirac模型、低气压放电的Schottky扩散理论，分别计算了等离子体的电子温度、电子激发温度和电子密度.研究了利用等离子体发射光谱计算电子激发温度、低气压放电理论估算电子密度的方法与静电探针诊断方法的内在联系，讨论了不同方法的使用特点.所研究的方法在某些特殊环境的等离子体参数诊断中具有较好的参考和应用价值. 关键词： 静电探针 发射光谱 电子能量概率函数 Fermi-Dirac模型     

A new polyoxygenated cyclohexene derivative from Artabotrys hainanensis

A new polyoxygenated cyclohexene derivative, artahainanol A (1), together with three known analogues (2–4), was isolated from the stems and leaves of Artabotrys hainanensis. Among them, 1 is an unusual polyoxygenated cyclohexene containing 14 carbon atoms on the carbon skeleton. All known compounds (2–4) were isolated from the genus Artabotrys for the first time. The structure of 1 was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods and the known compounds were identified by comparisons with data reported in the literature. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicities against five human cancer cell lines: HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW480 in vitro. Compounds 1–4 showed significant inhibitory effects against various human cancer cell lines with IC₅₀ values ranging from 2.68 to 18.32 μM.
