Comprehensive two-dimensional liquid chromatographic separation by means of a combination of ion-exchange chromatography (IEC)
and reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) has been realized and applied to the analysis of components of a traditional
Chinese medicine Flos Lonicera. In the first dimension the components of a Flos Lonicera extract is separated on strong anion-exchange (SAX) column according to the charge-exchange properties of the components.
In the second dimension the components are further fractionated by reversed-phase liquid chromatography (on ODS) on the basis
of their hydrophobicity. The RPLC effluent is desalted and split and the components are identified on-line by use of both
diode-array detection and mass spectrometry with atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI–MS). In this way, the extract
of Flos Lonicera can be rapidly separated, desalted, and analyzed, with determination of molecular weight. More than 58 components of an extract
of Flos Lonicera were well resolved and six were tentatively identified from their UV and mass spectra. 相似文献

Various substituents were introduced onto the methyl group in 4-methyl coumarins through lithiation, followed by reactions with a wide range of electrophiles. The presence of an alkoxy group on 6′-phenyl ring was found to be pivotal for the success of this reaction. This procedure provided a convenient synthetic pathway to elaborate the methyl group of 4-methylcoumarins. Synthesis of programmable atom-like nanoparticles (PANs) with high valences and high yields remains a grand challenge. Here, a novel synthetic strategy of microfluidic galvanic displacement (μ-GD) coupled with microfluidic DNA nanoassembly is advanced for synthesis of single-stranded DNA encoder (SSE)-encoded PANs for reliable surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) sensing. Notably, PANs with high valences (e.g., n-valence, n = 12) are synthesized with high yields (e.g., >80%) owing to the effective control of interfacial reactions sequentially occurring in the microfluidic system. On the basis of this, we present the first demonstration of a PAN-based automatic analytical platform, in which sensor construction, sample loading and on-line monitoring are carried out in the microfluidic system, thus guaranteeing reliable quantitative measurement. In the proof-of-concept demonstration, accurate determination of tetracycline (TET) in serum and milk samples with a high recovery close to 100% and a low relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 5.0% is achieved by using this integrated analytical platform.A novel synthetic strategy is presented for microfluidic preparation of programmable atom-like nanoparticles with high valences and high yields. 相似文献

利用等体积浸渍法制备Cu-Ce/γ-Al2O3催化剂,并在无H2存在的条件下对硬脂酸进行催化水热液化。对催化剂进行BET比表面积分析和X射线衍射(XRD)分析可知,Cu-Ce/γ-Al2O3催化剂中存在CuO和CeO2两种晶型,在300℃条件下水热反应12 h后具有更好的热稳定性。通过对硬脂酸进行水热液化实验和对生物油进行气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析发现,加入Cu-Ce/γ-Al2O3催化剂能够获得最高的硬脂酸转化率(94.71%)和总烃产率(81.41%),水热液化脱氧效果最好。分析正烷烃的产率,结果发现硬脂酸在高温水热条件下主要发生脱羧反应。Cu-Ce/γ-Al2O3催化剂的加入能够同时促进反应过程中脱羧反应、加氢脱氧反应和裂化反应。此外,Cu-Ce/γ-Al2O3还能够促进羰基基团的脱除,有效减少产物中的醛和酮类物质。 相似文献

通过3-氟-4-吗啉基苯胺和取代水杨醛缩合反应,合成了14个含吗啉基片段水杨醛席夫碱类化合物(Ⅰa-Ⅰn)。通过核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、液相色谱-质谱联用仪(LC-MS)和元素分析等技术手段研究了产物的结构和淬灭1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的活性。 结果表明,在0.02~0.10 g/L,所有化合物均表现出一定的淬灭DPPH自由基活性。 其中,化合物Ⅰd和Ⅰf表现出较为优异的性能,化合物Ⅰd的活性在30%~55%,化合物Ⅰf的活性则大于50%。 随着化合物Ⅰd、Ⅰh、Ⅰj和Ⅰn质量浓度的增大,其淬灭DPPH自由基的活性均呈现增强趋势。 相似文献

This paper describes a method for nickel catalyzed intramolecular C–H arylation using aryl pivalates as electrophiles. The transformation is efficient for the synthesis of diverse electronically and sterically differentiated dibenzofurans. Additionally, the method could be expanded toward the synthesis of carbazoles.
