新型卤代羟基三苯醚的合成与抑菌活性研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
设计合成了对(间、邻)苯二酚二(4-氯-2-羟基苯基)醚(4a~4c)及对(间、邻)苯二酚二(4-氯-5-溴-2-羟基苯基)醚(5a~5c)共6个卤代羟基三苯醚类化合物,其结构均经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析证实,并且对其抑菌活性进行了初步测试.结果表明:此类化合物大多在低浓度下对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、白色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、卡他双球菌、青枯假单胞菌等具有良好的抗菌活性.  相似文献

Fe3O4/ chitosan magnetic microspheres of 50 to 80 滋m were prepared using the inverse phase emulsion dispersion and chemical crosslinking technology, and then modified with ethylenediamine for use in the adsorption of heavy metal ions. The adsorption properties of the modified Fe3O4/chitosan toward Cu2+, Cd2+ and Ni2+ were investigated. It was found that the adsorption capacities of Cu2+ and Ni2+ increased with pH, and a maximum adsorption for Cd2+ occurred at pH=3. The saturated adsorption capacities calculated by Langmuir isotherms were 54.3 mg·g-1 for Cu2+, 20.4 mg·g-1 for Cd2+, and 12.4 mg·g-1 for Ni2+, respectively. The adsorption kinetics were well described by pseudo-second-order equation models. The experimental results showed that the Fe3O4/chitosan modified with ethylenediamine presented higher adsorption selectivity for Cu2+ than for Cd2+ and Ni2+ in all studied pH ranges.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [(C10H16N)2(Pb2I6)·2DMF·H2O]n (C10H16N=N-butyl-2-Methy-Pyridinium) was synthesized by the reaction of Pb(NO3)2 with C6H10NI at room temperature in DMF solvent and structurally characterized by means of X-ray single diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with a=1.1237(2) nm, b=1.25330(16) nm, c=0.808 00(12) nm, α=102.523(4)°, β=92.475(5)°, γ=95.712(10)°, V=1.102 9(3) nm3, Z=1, Dc=2.470 Mg·m-3, F(000)=738, chemical formula C26H48N4O3Pb2I6 and Mr=1 640.46, μ(Mo)=11.849 mm-1, the final R=0.057 8 and wR=0.166 5 for 3716 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The title compound consists of cations ([(C10H16N)+] and anion chain(PbI3-),they are combined by static attracting forces in the crystal. DMF and H2O locate between the organic and inorganic moiety. The reaction of Cu(CH(3)CN)(4)ClO(4) with 2-pyridylacrylic acid (2-HPYA) affords an unusual mixed-valence Cu(I)-Cu(II) 3-D framework ([Cu(II)(2-PYA)(2)](3).[Cu(I)(2-PYA)](2).(H2O)(2))n (1) with a novel topology which features Cu(II) dimeric units (or paddle-wheel unit). The almost perpendicular coordinating direction between the N atom of pyridyl and the O atom of carboxylate groups may be responsible for the formation of such a novel network.  相似文献

A very complex 3D Uranium(Ⅵ) metal-organic framework was obtained by the hydrothermal treatment of UO2(NO3)2·6H2O with (R,S)-2,2′-dinitro-biphenyl- 4,4′-dicarboxylic acid (BTNCA) (L) in water at 180 ℃ in Pyrex tubes. The reaction of Cu(I)(CH(3)CN)(4)BF(4) with 4-pyridylacrylic acid (4-HPYA) affords an unprecedented 8-fold interpenetrating diamondoid-like coordination polymer network [Cu(I)(3)(4-PYA)(2)(H(2)O)(BF(4)) ] (1) with a Cu(+)(4)(CO(2))(4) cluster as connecting node. The interpenetration in metal coordination polymers is the highest degree ever found within diamondoid nets containing a cluster as connecting note.
