采用密度泛函B3LYP方法, 在6-311+G(d,p)基组水平上对2,6-二巯基嘌呤质子转移引起的硫醇式与硫酮式互变异构反应进行了计算研究, 获得了互变异构过程的反应焓、活化能、活化吉布斯自由能和质子转移反应的速率常数等性质. 计算结果表明, 2,6-二巯基嘌呤无论是孤立分子还是一水合物, 其二硫酮式R是最稳定异构体. 由二硫酮式通过分子内质子转移向二硫醇式异构化共有6条反应通道, 其主通道(1)速控步骤的活化能为139.1 kJ•mol-1, 速率常数为2.16×10-12 s-1; 当水分子参与反应以双质子转移机理异构化时, 活化能显著降低, 有利于硫酮式向硫醇式转变, 其主通道(7)速控步骤的活化能为61.3 kJ•mol-1, 速率常数为1.33×10 s-1. 计算结果还表明, 氢键作用在增大2,6-二巯基嘌呤氢键一水合物稳定性、降低质子转移异构化反应活化能等方面起着重要的作用. 相似文献

The impact of hydroxyl group adsorption on fullerene surface (namely fullerenol) has been systematically investigated in this study using the hybrid density-functional theory calculations. We find that the relative stability of fullerenol clearly depends on the distribution of hydroxyl group on the surface. The eight hydroxyl groups in C20(OH)8 structure show preference to accumulate on two adjoining five-numbered rings. Analysis of reaction energy indicates that the formation of fullerenol from the C20 fullerene and hydroxyl group is energetically favorable. The highly hydroxylated fullerene is found to have high kinetic stability and low chemical reactivity, which is mostly associated with its electron distribution of HOMO and LUMO orbitals. In addition, the electronic structure of the most stable fullerenols has been analyzed by means of the total and partial density of states. 相似文献

CdS量子点制备与单增李斯特菌抗体偶联的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以CdCl2和Na2S为原料,以巯基乙酸为稳定剂,采取水相合成方法制备了CdS量子点.结果表明,合成CdS量子点最佳条件是:作用时间3 h,[Cd2+]: [S2-]为2: 1, 50 μL稳定剂,pH 8.0,反应温度30 ℃.通过EDC · HCl和NHS的作用,成功地将单增李斯特菌抗体IgG与CdS量子点偶联.偶联后的IgG-CdS荧光强度显著增强,为偶联前的4倍.血清凝集反应和直接免疫荧光实验证明,偶联CdS量子点的单增李斯特菌抗体的特性没有发生变化,在荧光显微镜下可快速灵敏地检测出单增李斯特菌.本方法特异性强、稳定性和重复性高,可用于食品中致病菌的快速检测. 相似文献

采用同步辐射能量色散X射线衍射(EDEX)技术和金刚石对顶砧高压装置,对纳米硫化锌球壳进行了原位高压X射线衍射实验。最高压力达33.3 GPa。常压下纳米硫化锌球壳为纤锌矿结构和闪锌矿结构共存的混相结构。压力达到11.2 GPa时,纳米硫化锌空心球中的纤锌矿结构全部转变为闪锌矿结构。压力达到16.0 GPa时,发生了由闪锌矿结构向岩盐矿结构的相变,在17.5 GPa和21.0 GPa时分别出现未知峰,33.3 GPa时基本完全转变为岩盐矿结构。两个相变均为可逆相变。 相似文献
