Development of supramolecular methods to further activate a highly reactive intermediate is a fascinating strategy to create novel potent catalysts for activation of inert chemicals. Herein, a supramolecular approach to enhance the oxidizing ability of a high-valent oxo species of a nitrido-bridged iron porphyrinoid dimer that is a known potent molecular catalyst for light alkane oxidation is reported. For this purpose, a nitrido-bridged dinuclear iron complex of porphyrin-phthalocyanine heterodimer 3 5+, which is connected through a fourfold rotaxane, was prepared. Heterodimer 3 5+ catalyzed ethane oxidation in the presence of H2O2 at a relatively low temperature. The site-selective complexation of 3 5+ with an additional anionic porphyrin (TPPS4−) through π–π stacking and electrostatic interactions afforded a stable 1:1 complex. It was demonstrated that the supramolecular post-synthetic modification of 3 5+ enhances its catalytic activity efficiently. Moreover, supramolecular conjugates achieved higher catalytic ethane oxidation activity than nitrido-bridged iron phthalocyanine dimer, which is the most potent iron-oxo-based molecular catalyst for light-alkane oxidation reported so far. Electrochemical measurements proved that the electronic perturbation from TPPS4− to 3 5+ enhanced the catalytic activity.  相似文献

The spin polarized β-emitting nuclei12B (I π=1+,T 1/2=20.18 ms) were produced by the nuclear reaction11B(d, p)12B and by the selection technique of the incident deuteron energy and the12B recoil angle following the nuclear reaction. The nuclear magnetic moment of the short-lived nuclei12B was measured by β-NMR with the β-NMR and β-NQR setup established for the first time in China. The nuclear magnetic moment of12B was determined to be μ=0.99993±0.00048 nm org=0.99993±0.00048 after the precise correction of the Knight shift.  相似文献

A multiwall carbon nanotube crossroads has been fabricated by a manipulation technique using a glass microcapillary, and the low temperature transport properties investigated. The two-terminal conductance of an individual tube shows Tomonaga–Luttinger liquid behavior GTα at high temperature and dI/dVV α at low temperature. However, no evidence of such a power-law behavior is obtained in the four-terminal conductance at the junction, where the conductance shows an almost metallic behavior ‘corrected’ by weak localization. Weak localization would essentially appear in electron states at the junctions of MWNTs.  相似文献

Critical heat flux in an open two-phase thermosyphon has been measured employing water, R113 and R22 for a wide range ofL/D=4.8 to 960 and density ratio ofρ L G =6.17 to 1602. The CHF data measured, are found to be in fairly good agreement with those calculated from a criterion that the CHF takes place when reaches a maximum liquid falling rate in counter-current annular flow of liquid and vapor. Normal operation of the thermosyphon cannot be obtained at any liquid of water, R113 and R22 for a small tube diameter of less than 2 mm.  相似文献

In the present study, we examined the effects of methotrexate (MTX) on the development of autoimmune kidney disease in three kinds of autoimmune prone mice, NZB/NZW F1 (BWF1) mice, MRL/Mp-lpr/lpr (MRL/lpr) mice and NZW/BXSB F1 (WBF1) mice. The results showed that MTX delayed the appearance of proteinuria and prolonged survival of both BWF1 and MRL/lpr mice and inhibited the elevation of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) levels which accompanies the development of lupus nephritis. However, MTX treatment did not affect these in WBF1 mice. Furthermore, MTX could not suppress immunoglobulin G (IgG) class anti-deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and anti-trinitrophenol (TNP) antibody production in any variety of mice. These suggest that the therapeutic effect of MTX on BWF1 and MRL/lpr mice does not result in the suppression of IgG autoantibody production.  相似文献

-Helix peptides bearing one unit of -cyclodextrin (-CD), one unit of pyrene and one unit of nitrobenzene (NB) in their side chains have been designed and synthesized as novel molecule-responsive devices.In both the CD-peptides, -PR17 and -PL17, the NB unit is separated from the CD unit by two turns of the helix. Two reference peptides (PL17, and -P17,) have also been synthesized. The circular dichroism studies in the peptide absorption region (200–250 nm)of -PR17 and -PL17 suggestthat the CD-peptides form stable-helixstructures (83–77%), which was destabilized by accommodating guest molecules (e.g., n-pentanol) into the CD cavity. It suggests that formation of intramolecular host–guest(CD–NB) complex stabilized thehelical structure and exogenous guest molecule excluded the appending NB moiety from inside to outside of the CD cavity, thereby causing destabilization of the helical structure and increasing the random coil content. The ICD spectra of the peptides in the pyrene and nitrobenzene absorption region (250–40 nm) suggest that NB forms inclusion complex with CD. The fluorescence studies revealed that the fluorescence of the pyrene unit is quenched by the NB unit in -PR17 and -PL17. The fluorescence intensity increases with increasing guest concentration for the CD-peptides.This guest-responsiveenhancement in the fluorescence intensity can be explained in terms of increased distance between the pyrene and NB moieties, which is caused by exclusion of the NB moiety from the CD cavity by guest accommodation. Using the guest-responsive fluorescence quenching properties of the CD-peptides, we have obtained binding constants for various short chain alkanols. -PL17 has higher binding affinity to the guest molecules than its isomer, -PR17, indicating that the location of functional groups on the peptide scaffold is important in molecule detection.  相似文献

Ketones and aldehydes were effectively reduced to the corresponding alcohols (or their silyl ethers) by the reaction with CaH2 and R3SiCl in the presence of a catalytic amount of ZnCl2. The release properties of phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride (PPA) from ethylcellulose (EC, ethylcellulose 10 cps (EC#10) and/or 100 cps (EC#100)) matrix granules prepared by the extrusion granulation method were examined. The release process could be divided into two parts, and was well analyzed by applying square-root time law and cube root law equations, respectively. The validity of the treatments was confirmed by the fitness of the simulation curve with the measured curve. At the initial stage, PPA was released from the gel layer of swollen EC in the matrix granules. At the second stage, the drug existing below the gel layer dissolved, and was released through the gel layer. Also, the time and release ratio at the connection point of the simulation curves was examined to determine the validity of the analysis. Comparing the release properties of PPA from the two types of EC matrix granules, EC#100 showed more effective sustained release than EC#10. On the other hand, changes in the release property of the EC#10 matrix granule were relatively more clear than that of the EC#100 matrix granule. Thus, it was supposed that EC#10 is more available for controlled and sustained release formulations than EC#100.  相似文献

To obtain basic and clear release properties, wax matrix tablets were prepared from a physical mixture of drug and wax powder at a fixed mixing ratio. Properties of release from the single flat-faced surface, curved side surface, and/or whole surface of the wax matrix tablet were examined. Then tortuosity and the applicability of Higuchi's square-root time law equation were examined. The Higuchi equation well analyzed the release processes of different release manners. However, the region fitted to the Higuchi equation differed with the release manner. Tortuosity obtained with release from the single flat-faced surface and curved side surface was comparable with that obtained with the release from a reservoir device tablet, whereas tortuosity obtained with release from the whole surface was larger. As the wax matrix tablets were prepared at a fixed mixing ratio, their internal structures should be similar. Therefore changes in the matrix volume or volume fraction with release were examined, and an extra volume where dissolved drug stray becomes large with release time in the case of release from the whole surface. These factors should be taken into account for evaluation of applicability and release properties. Furthermore, the entire release process should be analyzed using a combination of the square-root time law and other suitable equations in accordance with release manner or condition.  相似文献

The reaction promoted by Vilsmeier adduct derived from tosyl chloride (TsCl) with N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) was successfully applied to the preparation of copolyesteramides of high molecular weights directly from aromatic dicarboxylic acids, diamines, and bisphenols. The polycondensation was significantly affected by the reaction of activated dicarboxylic acids with bisphenols and diamines. Addition of a mixture of bisphenols and diamines likely caused gelation of the reaction mixtures, resulting in insoluble polymers, especially with high mol % diamines. Stepweise addition of them, however, gave the homogeneous reaction mixtures and copolymers of better solubility. These phenomena were studied in terms of sequence length distribution of polyester units, which was estimated by thermal analyses of the random copolymers prepared under various conditions for the initial reaction with bisphenols.  相似文献
