报道了利用兰州重离子加速器国家实验室ECR源引出的高电荷态离子207Pbq+(24≤q≤36)入射到Si(110)表面产生的电子发射的实验测量结果.结果表明,高电荷态离子与固体表面相互作用产生的电子发射产额Y与入射离子的电荷态q、入射角度ψ和入射能量E都有很强的关联.首次发现,电子发射产额Y与入射角度ψ间有接近1/tanψ的关系.理论分析认为,这些过程与基于经典过垒模型的势能电子发射过程密切相关. 相似文献

In this article, postsplenectomy changes of serum tuftsin level were studied on both human subjects and rabbits by using a self-established radioimmunoassay protocol. Antituftsin antibodies were raised in rabbits and roosters.125I-tuftsin was prepared through an Iodogen method. The characteristics of the RIA were satisfactory with a detecting range of 0.5–100 ug/ml and the lowest detection limit of 400ng/ml. Serum tuftsin levels of splenectomized subjects were measured and compared with control groups. The serum tuftsin level from 30 postsplenectomy human beings was 406±179 ng/ml (
± s) while that from a control group of 40 healthy blood donors was 557±256 ng/ml; the serum tuftsin level of 10 postsplenectomy rabbits was found to be 206±75 ng/ml while that of a control group of 10 normal rabbits was 318±96 ng/ml. GABAA受体是中枢神经系统内重要的抑制性受体,有广泛的神经生理活性.由于镇静/抗惊厥药物在临床上的广泛应用,使得其中苯并二氮杂作用位点尤为重要.我们用比较分子场法(CoMFA)对一系列咪唑苯并二氮杂类化合物(BZ)与五种重组受体亚型的亲和力进行了结构活性关系研究,得到的一组模型都有较高的交叉验证系数.并在此基础上,建立了非交叉验证的一组PLS模型.用该组模型对随机选择的6个化合物组成的测试集进行了预测,都得到了相当满意的结果,表明所建立的一组模型具有良好的预测能力.本研究对于设计高亲和力的BZ受体的配基和研究GABAA受体的模型有指导意义. 相似文献

The high-performance liquid chromatographic behavior of some basic drugs was studied on a n-octadecylphosphonic acid modified magnesia-zirconia (C18PZM) stationary phase. The effect of mobile phase variables such as methanol content, ionic strength, and pH on their chromatographic behavior was investigated. The retention mechanism of basic drugs on the stationary phase was elucidated. The results indicate that both hydrophobic and cation-exchange interactions contribute to solute retention under most chromatographic conditions. The inherent Br?nsted-acid sites and also the adsorbed Lewis base anionic buffer constituents on accessible ZM surface Lewis acid sites play a role in the retention of ionized solutes by cation-exchange interaction. However, especially at high mobile phase pH, the retention of basic drugs depends mainly on hydrophobic interactions between solutes and support. Separations of the basic drugs on the C18PZM phase by a predominantly reversed-phase retention mode were very promising. The mixed-mode retention feature on this phase, as a result of the adsorbed Lewis base anionic buffer constituents acting as sites for cation-exchange, could also be very useful, e.g. for enhancing the chromatographic selectivity of such analytes. The C18PZM seems to be an excellent alternative to silica-based reversed-phase stationary phase for the separation of strongly basic solutes. 相似文献

A practical HPLC-free total synthesis of chlorofusin has been successfully accomplished in this work. The new synthesis showed great flexibility and convenience in generating artificial natural product-like mimics through Click chemistry, and enabled us to further investigate the biological importance of the chromophore and the spiro-aminal functionality of the natural product. The entire skeleton is believed to be essential for satisfactory biological activities of both natural chlorofusin and unnatural mimics. Two artificial Click hybrids were found to exhibit improved inhibitory activity against p53–HDM2 bindings over the natural product. 相似文献

采用水热法,在乙二胺和EDTA-2Na作用下,成功制备了CdS@g-C3N4复合核壳纳米微粒,并探讨了其生长机理。结果显示:CdS@g-C3N4复合核壳纳米微粒的比表面积是纯CdS纳米颗粒的14.0倍,具有良好的光催化活性和光稳定性。当反应条件为180℃、4 h、CdS/g-C3N4质量比1.9∶1时,CdS@g-C3N4的可见光催化性能最好,300 W氙灯光照2 h,RhB的降解率达95.2%,明显高于纯CdS。重复使用3次后,CdS@g-C3N4形貌、结构及光催化性能无明显变化。 相似文献
