This paper considers the following question: Given an Anosov endomorphism f on T~m, whether f is topologically conjugate to some hyperbolic total endomorphism? Baihe-Dihuang Tang is a commonly prescribed remedy for depression. In this study, component screening with untargeted and targeted metabolomics was used to identify potential biomarkers for depression in chronic unpredictable mildly stressed rats. Using this novel identification method, the screening of organic acids, lily saponins, iridoids, and other ingredients formed the basis for subsequent metabolomics research. Baihe-Dihuang Tang supplementation in chronic unpredictable mild-stress-induced depression models, increased their body weight, sucrose preference, brain-derived neurotrophic factor deposition, and spatial exploring. Untargeted metabolomics revealed that Baihe-Dihuang Tang exerts its antidepressant effects by regulating the levels of lipids, organic acids, and its derivatives, and benzenoids in the brain, plasma, and urine of the depressed rats. Moreover, it also modulates the d -glutamine and d -glutamate metabolism and purine metabolism. Targeted metabolomics demonstrated significant reduction in l -glutamate levels in the brains of depressed rats. This could be a potential biomarker for depression. Baihe-Dihuang Tang alleviated depression by regulating the levels of l -glutamate, xanthine, and adenine in the brains of depressed rats. Together, these findings conclusively established the promising therapeutic effect of Baihe-Dihuang Tang on depression and also unraveled the underlying molecular mechanism of its potential antidepressant function. 相似文献

The electrochemical properties of various commercial carbon materials (activated carbon (AC), graphite (GP) and hard carbon (HC)) have been investigated for use as negative electrode for lithium ion capacitors. The rate capabilities and cycle durabilities are tested up to 20 C and 1000 cycles using full cell configurations. It is found that the lithium ion could not efficiently intercalate into the activated carbon materials. The symmetrical AC/AC capacitor shows good cycle durabilities at 10 C with capacity of 17 mA h g?1. The asymmetrical capacitors AC/GP and AC/HC with intercalated negative electrodes show higher capacities than that of AC/AC capacitor. Electrochemical performance of the pre-lithiated graphite and the as-assembled lithium-ion capacitors (LICs) were investigated within the Li/graphite two-electrode cell and activated carbon (AC)/graphite two-electrode cell, respectively. The morphologies of the electrodes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The Li intercalation of Li/graphite two-electrode cell was performed using short circuiting and galvanostatic charging techniques. The Li pre-doping process was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The cycle performance of the LICs were investigated at the rates of 1–20 C between the cut-off voltage at 2 to 4 V. The results demonstrated that the LIC cells with 8 h pre-doping time have the best cycle performance at the high rate of 10 C. Li pre-doping methodology plays a crucial role in the electrochemical performance of the graphite electrode and the as-assembled LICs. 相似文献

POXA1b is the most thermostable laccase isoenzyme from Pleurotus ostreatus. POXA1b is remarkably stable at alkaline pH (the t1/2 at pH 10 was 30 days), and its C-terminal affects its catalytic and stability properties. We cloned POXA1c from P. florida, which showed 99 % identity with POXA1b. POXA1c was functionally expressed in Pichia pastoris. The functions of the N and C termini of POXA1c were investigated using site-directed mutagenesis. Compared with POXA1c, the N-terminal R5V site effectively increased the specific activities for 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) and guaiacol by 2- and 3.5-fold, respectively. A C-terminal truncated mutant, POXA1c△13, also increased the specific activities for ABTS and guaiacol by 2.3- and 3.4-fold, respectively. A double mutant, POXA1cΔ13-R5V, combined the R5V and △13 effects. The specific activity of this double mutant for ABTS was 1,321 U/mg, which indicated a 4-fold increase compared with the wild type. The role of residue V5 on laccase catalytic properties was also observed for laccases from Trametes versicolor and Rigidoporus lignosus. The specific activities of the V5R of the laccases from T. versicolor and R. lignosus were half of that of the wild type. The pH and thermal stability analysis of POXA1c and its mutants showed that the enzymes were remarkably stable because they showed 63 % residual activity after incubation for 108 h at 30 °C over a pH range of 4.5 to 9.0. Similar results were observed for POXA1cΔ13-R5V. POXA1cΔ13-R5V can be widely used in industrial biotechnology because of its excellent catalytic properties. 相似文献
