甾醇资源的利用和皮质激素侧链的合成方法

本文讨论了开发甾醇资源作为甾体药物合成原料的前景,并综述了近几年由17-酮基甾体合成皮质激素侧链的各种方法。     

α-乙酰氧基-N-亚硝基吡咯烷的解离及其致癌代谢机理的理论研究

用ab initio方法, 在MP2/6-31G**水平下讨论了α-乙酰氧基-亚硝基吡咯烷(α-Acetoxy-NPYR)在各种条件下的解离反应机理, 并对形成终致癌物B, C, D的代谢机理进行研究. 发现在OH^－和H₂O作用下的解离都遵循羟基进攻羰基机理, OH^－作用下是一个经四面体中间体阴离子的无位垒过程, H₂O作用下有相对高的活化能(165.36 kJ/mol). H₃O^＋作用下是先形成阳离子产物的S_N1过程, 并没有发现遵循两种综合的解离情形. 同时, 羟基化产物异构化为终致癌物B, C, D是一个相对容易进行的过程.     

Highly Selective Salicylate Membrane Electrode Based on N,N＇- （Aminoethyl）ethylenediamide Bis（2-salicylideneimine） Binuclear Copper（Ⅱ） Complex as Neutral Carrier

A new ion selective electrode for salicylate based on N,N＇-（aminoethyl）ethylenediamide bis（2-salicylideneimine） binuclear copper（Ⅱ） complex [Cu（Ⅱ）2-AEBS] as an ionophore was developed. The electrode has a linear range from 1.0 × 10^-1 to 5.0 ×10^-7 mol·L^- 1 with a near-Nemstian slope of （ - 55 ±1 ） mV/decade and a detection limit of 2.0 × 10-7 mol·L^-1 in phosphorate buffer solution of pH 5.0 at 25 ℃. It shows good selectivity for Sal^- and displays anti-Hofmeister selectivity sequence： Sal^-〉SCN^-〉 ClO4^- 〉I^-〉 NO2^- 〉Br^-〉 NO3^- 〉Cl^-〉 SO3^2- 〉 SO4^2- The proposed sensor based on binuclear copper（Ⅱ）complex has a fast response time of 5-10 s and can be used for at least 2 months without any major deviation. The response mechanism is discussed in view of the alternating current （AC） impedance technique and the UV-vis spectroscopy technique. The effect of the electrode membrane compositions and the experimental conditions were studied. The electrode has been successfully used for the determination of salicylate ion in drug pharmaceutical preparations.     

Double Michael Addition Reaction of Bischalcone under Ultrasound

The Michael addition of 1,5-diaryl-1,4-pentadien-3-ones with active methylene compounds has been the subjects of many investigations. Ultrasound has increasingly been used in organic synthesis in the last three decades. Compared with traditional methods, this method is more convenient and easily controlled. A large number of organic reactions can be carried out in higher yield, shorter reaction time or milder conditions under ultrasonic irradiation. KF/Al2O3 as a useful solid supported catalyst has received considerable attention because of their high level of chemoselectivity and environmental compatibility as well as simplicity of operation and their ready availability at low cost. Herein we report the double Michael addition of dibenzalacetone with active methlene compounds such as dimethyl malonate, diethyl malonate,methyl cyanoacetate and ethyl cyanoacetate catalyzed by KF/Al2O3 under ultrasound irradiation.     

Preservation of entanglement in a two-qubit-spin coupled system

A theoretical scheme for preserving the entanglement in a two-qubit-spin coupled system in the presence of Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya (DM) anisotropic antisymmetric interaction is proposed. On the basis of a sequence of operations performed periodically on the system, the scheme can preserve the entanglement of the system starting from any initial state with any desired high precision for any desired long duration.     

Attraction behaviour of Anagrus nilaparvatae to remote lemongrass (Cymbopogon distans) oil and its volatile compounds

Utilisation of Anagrus nilaparvatae is a promising and effective method for planthoppers manipulation. Twenty-seven components of remote lemongrass (Cymbopogon distans) oil were identified by GC/MS and nine volatiles were selected for behavioural experiments. In this study, we noted that the remote lemongrass oil was attractive to female A. nilaparvatae at concentrations of 0.1 and 1 mg/L. α-Pinene, β-pinene, eucalyptol, carveol and D-carvone attracted female wasps in the dose-dependent bioassays. Blend 1 (a mixture of eucalyptol, D-carvone, carveol, α-pinene, and β-pinene with ratios of remote lemongrass oil volatiles of 625:80:11:5:3) attracted female wasps at 10 mg/L, while blend 2 (a mixture of the same five volatiles at the same loading ratio) attracted them at 0.1 and 1 mg/L. These results suggested that plant essential oils could be attractants for natural enemies to control pests. The ratios of volatiles in the mixtures affect the attractiveness of the synthetic mixtures.     

新型双核铜金属配合物为中性载体的硫氰酸根离子高选择性电极的研究

研制了基于N,N'-亚乙基(μ-5,5-亚甲基-二水杨醛根)(乙酰丙酮根)合二铜(II) [Cu₂(II)-MDSBAE]金属配合物为中性载体的阴离子选择性电极. 试验表明, 以Cu₂(II)-MDSBAE金属配合物为中性载体的电极对SCN^－具有良好的电位响应特性, 且呈现反Hofmeister行为,其选择性序列为: SCN^－＞Sal^－＞I^－＞ClO₄^－＞NO₃^－＞Br^－＞NO₂^－＞Cl^－≈SO₃^2－＞SO₄^2－. 在pH 5.0的磷酸盐缓冲体系中, 电极电位呈现近能斯特响应, 线性响应范围为1.0×10^－6～1.0×10^－1 mol/L, 斜率为－53. 6 mV/dec (25 ℃), 检测下限为8.1×10^－7 mol/L. 用交流阻抗研究了电极的响应机理, 并用紫外可见光谱技术测定了电极载体与SCN^－, Sal^－, I^－, ClO₄^－和NO₃^－离子间的配位数及缔合常数. 将该电极用于实验室废水和工业废水中硫氰酸根的检测, 其结果令人满意.     

一类含氟芳基噁二唑化合物的合成及其光物理和电化学性质研究

合成和表征了一类苯环上含F和CF₃基团的1,3,4-噁二唑类化合物, 研究了它们的紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱和电化学性质. 结果表明, 与不含氟的噁二唑化合物相比, 三氟甲基苯单元可降低化合物的LUMO能级, 而四氟苯单元则对化合物的光学和电化学性质无显著影响.     

1,8-萘酰亚胺衍生物的合成、表征及电存储性能

本文以三苯胺结构作为电子给体,与三种接有不同吸电子基团的1,8-萘酐反应合成了具有电子给-受体结构的N-(4-三苯胺)-1,8-萘酰亚胺(NA-ATPA)、N-(4-三苯胺)-(4-氰基)-1,8-萘酰亚胺(NA(CN)-ATPA)和N-(4-三苯胺)-(4-硝基)-1,8-萘酰亚胺(NA(NO_2)-ATPA),并对它们的结构进行了表征。利用紫外可见光谱、荧光发射光谱和循环伏安法对产物的光物理性能和电化学性能进行了测试,并测试了其存储行为,结果显示NA-ATPA表现出易失的静态随机存储行为(SRAM),NACN-ATPA表现出非易失的闪存型存储(Flash),NA(NO_2)-ATPA表现出非易失只读型存储(WORM)。三种萘酰亚胺对存储行为中高导态的维持能力逐渐增强,其原因是引入的吸电子基团的吸电子性越强,其LUMO值和能隙值降低的越多,越利于电荷转移,形成更稳定的电荷转移络合物。另外,本文还对原料和产物的电子结构、分子轨道和能级进行了分子模拟计算,研究了三种化合物基态和激发态的差别,并对其电子转移过程进行了理论分析。     

N-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)-N'-磷酰基脲类衍生物的合成及生物活性

利用二氯代磷酰基异氰酸酯与4,6-二甲氧基-2-氨基嘧啶的加成反应合成了中间体N-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)-N'-二氯代磷酰基脲(Ⅰ).Ⅰ与2倍的醇或胺反应得到对称双取代磷酰基脲类化合物Ⅱa_Ⅱi;Ⅰ与1倍的胺反应得到氯代磷酰基脲类化合物Ⅲa_Ⅲe,再与1倍的醇反应则得到不对称双取代磷酰基脲类化合物Ⅳa_Ⅳg.生物活性测定结果表明,化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ均显示一定除草活性.
