The mass spectral properties of glucuronides of the 9- and 10-hydroxylated metabolites of RT-3003 (Vintoperol; (-)-1beta-ethyl-1alpha-hydroxymethyl-1,2,3,4,6,7, 12balpha-octahydroindolo[2,3-a]quinolizine), which were fractionated by high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection, were investigated using the positive ion electrospray ionization mode. These glucuronides showed predominantly the protonated molecular ion ([M + H](+) ion), and the [M + H](+) ion provided a characteristic product ion spectrum in which abundant ions were obtained at m/z 301, 160 and 142. The first ion, corresponding to the [aglycone + H](+) ion, was produced by neutral loss of the glucuronic acid moiety from the [M + H](+) ion. The product ion spectrum of the [M + H](+) ion of hydroxy-RT-3003 revealed a number of ions common to the glucuronide spectra, suggesting that other two ions observed most likely represent fragmentation of hydroxy-RT-3003. In turn, these glucuronides were positional isomers with respect to the binding site of glucuronic acid. The structures of the isomer pairs were discriminated by the presence of the ion of m/z 318 or 336 in the product ion spectrum. These ions were produced by fission of the C-ring, the same as for the formation of the ions of m/z 160 and 142, as were observed in the product ion spectrum from the [M + H](+) ion of hydroxy-RT-3003. For the formation of these ions, an unusual fragmentation process was proposed, and these ion structures were supported by evidence from the accurate mass measurement data. Additionally, in the sulfates of hydroxylated metabolites, a similar product ion corresponding to the ion of m/z 336 found in the phenolic glucuronides was observed, and was applied for identification of the sulfate metabolites.  相似文献

Organic electroluminescent devices were fabricated using a poly(arylene ether sulfone)-containing tetraphenylbenzidine (PTPDES) and tris(8-quinolinolato)-aluminum(III) complex, Alq, as the hole transport layer and the electron-transporting emitter layer, respectively. A device structure of glass substrate/indium—tin oxide (ITO)/PTPDES/Alq/Mg : Ag was employed. Hole injection from ITO through the PTPDES layer to the Alq layer and concomitant electroluminescence from the Alq layer were observed. Bright green light with a luminance of 14,000 cd/m2 was observed at a drive voltage of 14 V, indicating that the polymer possesses a high hole mobility and a high electron-blocking capability.  相似文献

The stabilized fibers prepared by heating PAN and a PAN copolymer in air and under reduced pressure have been examined by FT-IR spectroscopy in order to determine their chemical structures. Three kinds of reactions, cyclization, dehydrogenation, and oxygen uptake are found to occur almost simultaneously in the stabilization process in air by digital difference spectrum method. The effect of the comonomer is confirmed to accelate the dehydrogenation reaction and also the formation of acridone ring in the thermal stabilization in air by kinetic study.  相似文献

The colloidal stability of V2O5 nH2O was studied on the basis of the measurements of critical flocculation concentration (CFC) by metal ions, amount of ions exchanged (or intercalated), and -potential. In total, the CFC values obeyed the Schulze Hardy law and strong Hofmeister's series was found in the systems including alkaline ions. The sequence of colloidal stability of V2O5 nH2O in the electrolyte solutions was related to the intercalation of metal ions in the interlayer spaces of the solid. The largest CFC value for Li+ (87 mmol dm–3) was explained by smaller affinity of Li+ to be intercalated in V2O5 nH2O as well as smaller Hamaker constant of the intercalated solid compared to the other systems.Effect of intercalation of metal ions on the crystalline properties of the materials was measured by use of XRD and electron microscope. Under highly dehydrated condition the ions whose radii are smaller than 0.1 nm are captured in the structure of V2O5 nH2O without changing interlayer distances, while those larger than 0.1 nm increase the interlayer distance. In a saturated H2O vapor interlayer distances increased with increasing charge of intercalated ions. However, when intercalated with ions carrying the same valency the interlayer distances of the sample decreased with decrease in the hydration property of ions. Hydrolyzable Cr3+ gave exceptionally larger interlayer distances, both in a vacuum and in H2O vapor.  相似文献

Desilicated MTW zeolite was evaluated in methylation of 2-methylnaphthalene (2-MN) in a fixed-bed flow reactor at 450 °C. Mesoporous MTW was fabricated via a microwave-assisted desilication process using a harsh alkaline solution to improve the pore volume and the surface area. H-ZSM-12 zeolite was treated with 0.3 M of NaOH solution with different treatment times. Due to the harsh alkaline treatment, micropores were blocked by the deposition of the removed atoms. Due to the importance of methylnaphthalenes intermediates, modified MTW zeolites were evaluated in methylation of 2-MN. Methanol (MeOH), 2-MN and 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene (TMB) were fed to the reactor with a molar ratio of 15:15:70. Higher selectivity to 1-methylnaphthalene (1-MN) was observed rather than dimethylnaphthalene and trimethylnaphthalene with a yield of 13.6, 8 and 2.5 mol%, respectively. Moderate conversion up to 24.1 mol% was reached for 30 min reaction.  相似文献

Local structures of the hydrogenated (Ni0.6Nb0.4)1-xZrx (x = 0.3-0.4) amorphous alloys attract much attention for the sake of their epoch-making electronic transport behaviors. We investigated the local structures by XAFS for the as-quenched (Ni0.6Nb0.4)0.65Zr0.35 and hydrogenated [(Ni0.6Nb0.4)0.65Zr0.35]0.922H0.078 amorphous alloys, in which ballistic conductivity has been observed. XAFS results of the Ni K-edge are analyzed based on the structure model deduced by the first principle calculation. The analysis suggests that highly distorted icosahedral Ni5Nb3Zr5 cluster, which has a centered-Ni and a surrounding Nb triangle, is a main structural unit of (Ni0.6Nb0.4)0.65Zr0.35 and the [(Ni0.6Nb0.4)0.65Zr0.35]0.922H0.078 amorphous alloys. This distorted icosahedral Ni5Nb3Zr5 cluster can be associated with the occurrence of the singular electronic transport behaviors of the hydrogenated (Ni0.6Nb0.4)0.65Zr0.35 alloy.  相似文献

In the replica-permutation method, an advanced version of the replica-exchange method, all combinations of replicas and parameters are considered for parameter permutation, and a list of all the combinations is prepared. Here, we report that the temperature transition probability depends on how the list is created, especially in replica permutation with solute tempering (RPST). We found that the transition probabilities decrease at large replica indices when the combinations are sequentially assigned to the state labels as in the originally proposed list. To solve this problem, we propose to modify the list by randomly assigning the combinations to the state labels. We performed molecular dynamics simulations of amyloid-β(16–22) peptides using RPST with the “randomly assigned” list (RPST-RA) and RPST with the “sequentially assigned” list (RPST-SA). The results show the decreases in the transition probabilities in RPST-SA are eliminated, and the sampling efficiency is improved in RPST-RA.  相似文献

Abstract

The synthesis and crystal structure of the diprotonated cryptand derived from the reaction of tren and 2,6-diacetyl pyridine is reported. The imino nitrogens of the Schiff base linkages are directed so that the dicarbimine functions are in trans, trans geometry relative to the pyridine C-N bond. This configuration has not previously been reported in related pyridine-derived Schiff base macrocycles.  相似文献
