In products of Stevens 3,2-rearrangement of ammonium salts containing alongside alkoxycarbon- ylmethyl also 3-phenyl-2-propynyl group an intramolecular 1,5-hydride shift is observed resulting in immonium salts which transform into aminoesters of enamine structure. The hydrolysis of the latter provides the lower aliphatic aldehydes and the corresponding aminoesters. An acid treatment of the reaction mixture affords a mixture of hydrogenated and nonhydrogenated esters of α-ketoacids originating from the mixture of 1,3-diene aminoesters. At treating with concn. HCl of the obtained mixture the nonhydrogeneted ketoester undergoes cyclization into 4-methyl-3-phenyl-2-buten-1,4-olide. 相似文献

A preparative method was developed for the synthesis of ethyl furfurylidenecyanoacetate. Its condensation with phenylmagnesium bromide gave ethyl α-cyano-β-(2-furyl)hydrocinnamate, the decarboxylation of which led to β-(2-furyl)hydrocinnamonitrile. Reduction of this nitrile with lithium aluminum hydride gave 2-(3-amino-1-phenylpropyl)furan. The phase-transfer catalyzed (PTC) alkylation of pyrazoles and 1,2,4-triazole with cis- and trans-1,4-dichloro-2-butenes (DCB) has been examined. The monoalkylation products of pyrazoles with cis-DCB are bicyclic salts formed by intramolecular cyclization of the intermediate cis-1-(4-chloro-2-butenyl)pyrazoles. The corresponding trans-compounds are incapable of cyclization, but on prolonged standing they undergo intermolecular polyquaternization. Both cis- and trans-DCB undergo phase-transfer catalyzed reaction with 1,2,4-triazole to give polymeric quaternary salts. The lipid composition of the roots ofBryonia alba (Cucurbitaceae) have been studied: It consists of fractions of 3-acyloxy-24-alkyl(alkenyl)-cholest-7-enes (I), triacylglycerols (II), 1,2-diacyl-3-monoglycopyranosyl-sn-glycerols (III), 1,2-diacyl-3-diglycopyranosyl-sn-glycerols (IV), 1,3-bis(3-sn-phosphatidyl)glycerols (V), 3-sn-phosphatidylethanolamines (VI), 3-sn-phosphatidylcholines (VII), and methyl esters of fatty acids (VIII).
