Catalytic dehydration of anhydrous 2,3-dimethyl-2,3-butanediol and 2,3-dimethyl-2,3-butanediol hexahydrate under atmospheric pressure was studied. Effect of temperature and reagent flow rate on the yield of 2,3-dimethylbutadiene was examined. The optimal conditions of these processes were found.  相似文献

Study of the oxidation of crotonaldehyde revealed an appreciable inhibitory effect of the products on the process. Analysis of the kinetic data obtained over a wide range of reaction conditions (c 0 1.5-3.3 M, pO2 1-16 atm, T 293-309 K) showed that the overall oxidation process (with account taken of the inhibitory effect of the products) is described by the equation: W CA = k*ap c CA (pO2)0.6 (1 + 0.17c CA)- 1, where k*ap is the apparent rate constant, and c CA is the decrease of the aldehyde concentration by a moment .  相似文献

The formation of epoxy derivatives as intermediate products in the oxidation of allyl alcohol, allylformate, allyl acetate in acetic acid was proved. Intermediate epoxy compounds undergo further trans-formations: They react with acetic acid to give glycerol esters or are converted into polyethers of glyceroland its esters. The rate constants for transformations of 2,3-epoxypropanol, 2,3-epoxypropyl formate, and 2,3-epoxypropyl acetate along these pathways were measured. Higher selectivity of glycerol ester formation from allyl formate was substantiated.  相似文献

It has been established that the rate of oxidation increases linearly with increasing concentration of crotonaldehyde to 5 mol/L. An increase of the oxygen partial pressure to 0.1 MPa accelerated the oxidation process and the kinetic order with respect to oxygen is close to 0.6. The temperature dependence of the oxidation of crotonaldehyde and the accumulation of specific products have been established. The process of diene cyclization of 2,3-dimethylbutadiene with allyl methacrylicate was investigated. Effects of temperature, reaction duration, and ratio of reagents on the yield of 1,3,4-trimethylcyclohex-3-en-1-carboxylic acid allyl ester was studied.
