4-arylamino-2-(2-acetoxyethyl)amino-6-methylpyrimidines: Synthesis,deacetylation, and biological activity

The reaction of 2-(2-acetoxyethyl)amino-4-chloro-6-methylpyrimidine with aromatic amines leads to a series of 4-arylamino-2-(2-acetoxyethyl)amino-6-methylpyrimidines. Deacetylation of these compounds proceeds in both acidic and basic media. Most of the arylaminopyrimides obtained exhibit a pronounced antituberculous effect.     

Synthesis and antimicobacterial activity of 2-substituted 4-arylamino-6-methylpyrimidines

2-Substituted 4-arylamino-6-methylpyrimidines were synthesized by stepwise modification of the structure of 6-methyl-2-thiouracyl through the intermediate 2-(ar)alkylthio-6-methyl-4-chloropyrimidines. Some of the compounds synthesized exhibit expressed antimycobacterial activity.     

1-(Pyrimidin-4-yl)pyrazol-5(4<Emphasis Type="Italic">H</Emphasis>)-one derivatives: II. Electrophilic substitution in 5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1-(6-methyl-2-methylsulfanylpyrimidin-4-yl)-1<Emphasis Type="Italic">H</Emphasis>-pyrazole

Electrophilic substitution of hydrogen in bicyclic 5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1-(6-methyl-2-methylsulfanylpyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazole occurs exclusively at the C⁴ atom of the five-membered heteroring. Unstable electrophilic substitution products are stabilized via addition of the second substrate molecule with formation of bridged adducts.     

Polyfluoroalloxy phosphonic and phosphinic acid derivatives: I. 1-Hydroxy-2,2,2-trichloroethylphosphinates

Polyfluoroalkyl esters of phosphoric, alkylphosphonic and 1-hydroxypolyfluoroalkylphosphonic acids exhibited significant antiesterase activity against various esterases of animal and microbial origin. Moreover, with some compounds reversible inhibition of enzymes was observed due to the specific influence of hydrophobic fragments of the target products.     

Complexes of 2-(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)-5-methyl-2<Emphasis Type="Italic">н</Emphasis>-pyrazol-3-ol with phenols: Formation,structure, stability

Fusion 2-(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)-5-methyl-2Н-pyrazol-3-ol with phenols leads to the formation of complexes which exist due to a system of intermolecular N···H–O hydrogen bonds. The complexes are stable at high temperatures: their melting and subsequent thermolysis are accompanied by endothermic effects.

四溴四苯基卟啉钯金属配合物的合成与功能研究

合成了７,８,１７,１８－四溴－５,１０、１５,２０－四苯基卟啉钯金属配合物,通过电子光谱,元素分析,ＩＲ,＾１Ｈ ＮＭＲ测定,确定配合物的组成,同时经放氢功能研究证明该配合物具有光敏性。     

Formation,structure and heterocyclization of aminoguanidine and ethyl acetoacetate condensation products

Condensation of aminoguanidine hydrochloride and ethyl acetoacetate results in 2,3-diamino-6-methylpyrimidin-4(3H)-one, 5-hydroxy-1-carboxamidino-3-methylpyrazole or ethyl N-[(5-hydroxy-3-methylpyrazol-1-yl)imidoyl]aminocrotonoate depending on the type of the base. Formation of pyrazole derivatives occurs in the case of dequaternized substrate imine-group protonating by the acids formed as a result of ion exchange reaction. Chelate fragment of amidinohydroxypyrazole structure provides stabilization of this compound and stipulates its inertness towared the heterocycle closure.     

6-Methyl-2-(3-methyl-5-oxo-2,5-dihydropyrazolyl)-pyrimidin-4(1H)-one as CH acid in Michael reaction

Addition of 6-methyl-2-(3-methyl-5-oxo-2,5-dihydropyrazol-1-yl)pyrimidin-4(1H)-one, a compound with two CH-acidic centers, to 5-benzylidenepyrimidine-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-trione proceeds with the participation of the atom C⁵ of pyrimidine ring. Under the realized reaction conditions the latter possesses a greater nucleophilicity as a result of the priority ionization. The obtained Michael adduct is unstable in the neutral aqueous medium and is decomposed into initial oxopyrazolylpyrimidinone, pyrimidine-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-trione, and benzaldehyde.     

Controlling Rucklidge chaotic system with a single controller using linear feedback and passive control methods

In this paper, the control of chaos with a single controller, which provides simplicity in implementation, is investigated in continuous time nonlinear Rucklidge system. For this purpose, a linear feedback controller and a passive controller are constructed and added to the Rucklidge chaotic system. Lyapunov function is used to realize that the controller ensures the global asymptotic stability of the system. Owing to the controller, Rucklidge chaotic system can be regulated to its equilibrium points. Numerical simulations of the proposed methods and local relay control method have been demonstrated, compared and discussed.
