Thermoacoustic refrigerators have been developed during the last 15 years, employing quasi-standing resonant acoustic waves inside fluid-filled cavities to transfer heat along a stack region. Because higher efficiency can be reached when a significant travelling wave component exists in the resonator, specific resonant thermoacoustic devices have been designed allowing to adjust more or less the ratio of travelling and standing wave components. However, the acoustic pressure field and the particle velocity field do not appear to be the optimal ones, for the thermal quantities of interest. Thus, it is the aim of the paper to present a new kind of thermoacoustic standing wave-like device which allows to control easily and independently the pressure field and the particle velocity field, after investigating the optimal acoustic field, in the stack region, for the main parameters of interest, i.e. the temperature gradient, the thermoacoustic heat flow and the coefficient of performance.  相似文献

While it is clearly established that oxidation of as-grown boron-doped diamond (BDD) interfaces results in the introduction of different surface oxygen functions such as ether, carbonyl and hydroxyl groups, there is no reported approach which can clearly distinguish between the different surface functions. For further surface functionalization, it is important to quantify the presence of each group on the diamond surface. In this paper, the presence and amount of surface hydroxyl groups is identified using esterification of the COH groups with trifluoroacetic acid. The presence of CF3 group in the acid allowed the identification and estimation of the amount of surface hydroxyl groups using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).  相似文献

An insoluble polymer-supported phenyltin reagent was successfully used in Stille cross-coupling reactions with aryl- and heteroaryl-halides. Cross-coupling products were isolated in good to high yields with very low contamination by tin and palladium residues after removal of the residual supported organotin halide. The regeneration and recyclability of the supported phenyltin reagent were also examined and proved to be possible, but required palladium cleaning of the grafted polymer to be efficient along 4 cycles when Pd(PPh3)4 was used as catalyst.  相似文献

Imaging systems that combine a phase mask in the pupil and digital postprocessing may have better performance than conventional ones. We have built such a system to enhance the depth of field of an uncooled thermal camera. The phase masks are binary, their structures are optimized thanks to an image quality criterion, and they have been realized with three different technologies that give equivalent results. The deconvolution postprocessing is performed in real time with a graphics processing unit. A significant increase of the depth of field of a factor 3 has been obtained.  相似文献

Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), low energy electron diffraction (LEED) and work function (Kelvin probe) measurements have been used to study the initial interaction of clean Al(111), (100) and (110) surfaces with oxygen at room temperature. The oxidation process was found to be surface orientation dependent, but a common feature has been always observed on the three low-index surfaces: they show two distinct phases, i.e. a chemisorbed phase followed then by an oxidized phase. From analysis of AES, LEED and Kelvin probe results, an adsorption mechanism of O on Al for each surface orientation is proposed.  相似文献

After argon bombardment and annealing both the (111) and (1̄1̄1̄) faces of GaP show a (1 × 1) LEED pattern. The stabilization of the polar termination is probably obtained by charging of surface states. Measurements of the work function, the Auger spectrum and the LEED pattern during cesium deposition at room temperature suggest disordered cesium adsorption limited to a monolayer.  相似文献

The aggregation behaviour of two novel cationic RAFT agents (transfer surfactants); N,N-dimethyl-N-(4-(((phenylcarbonothioyl)thio)methyl)benzyl)ethanammonium bromide (PCDBAB) and N-(4-((((dodecylthio)-carbonothioyl)thio)methyl)benzyl)-N,N-dimethylethanammonium bromide (DCTBAB) in diluted solutions have been investigated by surface tension, conductimetry and microcalorimetry measurements. The thermodynamic parameters i.e. the critical micelle concentration (cmc), the degree of micelle ionization (alpha), the head group surface area (a 0), Delta H mic, Delta G mic and T Delta S mic are reported at 303 K. The thermodynamic parameters have been compared to those of the conventional surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) in order to specify structural relationships. The obtained results have been discussed considering the hydrophobic behaviour of the S-C=S- linkage and the specific interactions that arise from the introduction of the benzene ring into the hydrophobic part.  相似文献
