An automatic, rapid combustion method has been developed for the determination of tritium and14C in singly or doubly labelled organic materials by liquid scintillation counting. The sample is burned in a stream of oxygen. The water formed and its tritium content are retained from the gas stream in an absorber containing a small amount of diethyleneglycol monoethyl ether. Radioactive carbon dioxide, if included in the combustion products, is transferred into 3-methoxypropylamine. The final solutions ready for counting are obtained in less than three minutes. Quantitative collection recoveries for both tritium and14C are achieved and no cross-contamination occurs.  相似文献

The reaction kinetics of the isotope exchange and ion exchange process was studied on ion exchanger and liquid-liquid extraction systems. At least there were three exchangeable components in these systems (A, B and C); A and B are isòtopes of one element which have different concentrations (A ? B). It has been found that time function of the isotope separation factor has an extreme depending on the equilibrium, kinetic and hydrodynamic parameters.  相似文献

The kinetic and solvent isotope effects during the maleic acid heterogeneous catalytic hydrogenation and deuteration in the light and heavy water have been studied. Also the effect of the γ and neutron irradiation on the Ni−ZnO catalysts (with various ratios of components) on the reaction kinetics and mechanism has been measured, as well as the effect of pH on the adsorption behaviour of maleic acid and the temperature depencence of the reaction rate. Existence of different adsorption centers for hydrogen and maleic acid could be deduced from these experiments. A reaction mechanism based on the two-dimensional diffusion of components in the surface is proposed.   相似文献
