Preparation and properties of the salts of the series MVO2F4, where M = NH, Na+, K+, 1/2 Ni2+, and 1/3 [Co(NH3)6]3+ are described. Molecular conductivity of Na3VO2F4 at different dilutions indicates that Na3VO2F4 dissociates into 3 Na+ and VOaF ions. Ion exchange study of (NH4)3VO2F4 solution through cation exchange resin (H+ form) suggests that the corresponding acid decomposes partly to vanadium pentoxide. Reaction between (NH4)3VO2F4 with BaCl2 and AgNO3 solutions shows the formation of BaVO2F3 and AgVO3 respectively. Thermogravimetric study of (NH4)3VO2F4 shows the formation of impure vanadium pentoxide as the ultimate product on heating up to 450°C. X-ray powder diffraction data are given for (NH4)3VO2F4 and Na3VO2F4.  相似文献

Zeeman measurements were performed on 35Cl NQR lines in a single crystal of perchloro-bicyclopentadienyl at room temperature by a pulsed FT NQR system. The compound gives ten NQR lines : ν1 = 36347.6, ν2 = 36361.2, ν3 = 36634.2, ν4 = 36684.8, ν5 = 36715.5, ν6 = 37008.0, ν7 = 37194.4, ν8 = 37266.9, ν9 = 38871.1, and ν0 = 39323.8(kHz) at 291.5 K. Each line yields two electric field gradients (efgt's) in a magnetic field. The asymmetry parameters (η) of ν1, ν2, ν3, ν4, ν5, ν6, ν7, ν8, ν9 and ν0 are 14.1, 14.0, 14.2, 13.9, 14.5, 9.6, 10.3, 12.1, 4.2 and 4.8%, respectively. From the relative orientations between the principal axes of the efgt's, the molecular structure has been deduced. The molecule has a cisoid conformation rotated by 51o from the pure s-cis form. The rotation angle agrees well with the value calculated using Urey-Bradley force field constants.  相似文献

We clarify some aspects of our derivation of a Bell-type inequality, in response to a paper by Elby.The following comments refer to Andrew Elby's discussion note immediately following our present paper.(a) We wish to stress that physical distinction between NC and LC is particularly important in the case of local realist theories violating NC for any single system but satisfying LC for any correlated many-component system. Arguments given by Elby do not rule out a reasonable theory violating NC but obeying LC. Therefore, a physically meaningful possibility exists that while Bell's inequality derived from NC is violated for a single system, the inequality derived from LC is satisfied for correlated and spatially separated (non-interacting) systems. It is precisely this possibility which was explored by HS in deriving Bell's inequality from NC.(b) Since Elby's formulation of locality condition necessarily involves a relativistic constraint at the level of individual measurements, it is pointless to discuss its compatibility with predictions derived from non-relativistic quantum mechanics, which is well known to allow superluminal communication by mechanisms such as wavepacket travel or spread. Recently this aspect has been discussed in depth by P. Ghose and D. Home,Phys. Rev. A 43, 6382 (1991). It needs to be stressed that our formulation of LC is in line with the separability condition articulated by Einstein in different contexts; see, for example,J. The Neveu-Schwarz-Ramond type II closed superstring is considered to evolve in a curved space-time manifold. The Krichever-Novikov global operator formalism is used to construct the generators of a super-conformal algebra on a Riemann surface . The computation for the quantum algebra of these generators is explicitly presented. It is shown that the theory is free from super-conformal anomalies if the target manifold is ten dimensional and satisfies the Ricci flatness condition.  相似文献

This paper presents a study of the experimental lower boundb L, on the root-mean-squared impact parameter of the multiparticle production in 70 GeV/c p-nucleon interaction. It has been observed that theb L decreases with increasing final state multiplicity (n) at this fixed energy. The extensivity property of entropy is clarified in the light of a critical examination of the entropy formula based on quantum statistics and the relevant thermodynamic requirement. The modern form of the Gibbs paradox, related to the discontinuous jump in entropy due to identity or non-identity of particles, is critically investigated. Qualitative framework of a new resolution of this paradox, which analyses the general effect of distinction mark on the Hamiltonian of a system of identical particles, is outlined.  相似文献

Let Γ be a non-elementary finitely generated Kleinian group with region of discontinuity Ω. Letq be an integer,q ≥ 2. The group Λ acts on the right on the vector space Π2q?2 of polynomials of degree less than or equal to 2q ? 2 via Eichler action. We note by Aqq(Ω, Λ) the space of cusp forms for Λ of weight (?2q) and the space of parabolic cohomology classes by PH1 (Λ, Π2q?2). Bers introduced an anti-linear map $$\beta _q^* :A^q \left( {\Omega ,\Gamma } \right) - - - \to PH^1 \left( {\Gamma ,\Omega _{2q - 2} } \right)$$ . We try to determine the class of Kleinian groups for which the Bers map is surjective. We show that the Bers map is surjective for geometrically finite function groups. We also obtain a characterization of geometrically finite function groups. As an application, we reprove theorems of Maskit on inequalities involving the dimension of the space of cusp forms supported on an invariant component and the dimension of the space of cusp forms supported on the other components for finitely generated function groups. We also show all these inequalities are equalities for geometrically finiteB-groups.  相似文献

At helium temperatures two sharp lines at 9350 and 9510 cm?1 have been observed for the first tune on the low-energy side of the broad double-peaked absorption corresponding to the 5T2g5Eg transition in Fe2+ at the octahedral site in MgO. The lower energy line has a half width of 4 cm?1; Zeeman measurements show that it is of magnetic dipole origin. The Zeeman spectra are consistent with those expected for a pure electronic transition from the (5T2g)T2g ground state to the 5Eg excited state. The second line, with a halfwidth of ~ 35 cm?1, a vibrational sideband.  相似文献

The inelastic interactions of 150 GeV positive muons produced at Fermi Laboratory have been studied in nuclear emulsion. Secondary particles produced in these interactions have been identified, the energy spectra and angular distributions for pions and protons are given. The inclusive pionproduction reaction is studied and the relative shape ofp t 2 distribution is discussed. The average charged multiplicity relations are determined as a function of different parameters and are compared with the multiplicities produced in pure hadronic interactions. The integral cross sections have been measured and are compared with the first and second powers of 1/(1+q 2/m p 2 ) forσ exp(q 2,v), the quantity commonly called the “virtualphoton-nucleon total cross section”. The values of the structure function νW 2 are calculated for 0.02≤q 2≤0.5. The present data are compared with other muon data at the same energy.  相似文献

An equivalent circuit model of uni-traveling carrier photodiode (UTC-PD) is developed from integral carrier density rate equation and few important properties of the device such as the electrical and optical characteristics are evaluated by employing advanced device physics. Circuit model incorporates chip and package parasitic of the device quite simply to provide practical behaviour of UTC-PD. We have developed small signal ac circuit model which is useful for the analysis of low power modulation characteristics of the device and dc circuit model which is advantageous to find wavelength dependent responsivity fairly accurately. At high optical input power the device bandwidth is found to be increased through enhancement of self-induced field in the absorption region and high output power can be derived from the device when absorption width is large. Such condition calls for large signal analysis. We have developed large signal circuit model by combining few mathematical transformations with small signal circuit model with different circuit element values. Our large signal model is unique that the same circuit can be used for both small and large signal analysis. With large signal model the optical power induced bandwidth improvement and output photocurrent saturation are explained. Large signal model is validated through linearity and IP3 analysis which found close agreement with the measured results.  相似文献
