This work aims to develop a number of multifunctional derivatives of lipoamino acids, which potentially have different biological activities. To achieve this aim, the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance for a number of cationic amphiphile structures based on L-glutamic acid and short diamines is theoretically calculated. The developed schemes and performed synthesis allowed us to produce preparative sample quantities for further physicochemical and biological tests. The performed calculations, measurements, and experiments on the liposomal dispersions of the synthesized compounds demonstrate the possibility of designing the same type of structures of an amphiphilic nature based on aliphatic amino acid derivatives and diamines, which can be used both in antibacterial therapy and as the delivery vehicles for genetic material. 相似文献

The capillary electrophoresis method with direct UV detection is proposed for the determination of nitrite and nitrate in
high-salt perchlorate solutions issued from uranium carbide dissolution. The isotachophoretic sample stacking was used to
compensate for the perchlorate matrix interference. Simple electrolyte composed of 120 mM formiate buffer, pH 3.8 enabled
the nitrate and nitrite determination in the presence of up to 1000-fold excess of perchlorate with 2 μM and 4 μM detection
limits for nitrate and nitrite, respectively. The proposed method was applied to the determination of nitrate and nitrite
in high-salt non-irradiated uranium carbide dissolution samples. 相似文献
