The reactions of exocyclic α,β-unsaturated γ-lactones with NsONHCO2Et and CaO produce N-(ethoxycarbonyl) spiroaziridino γ-lactones. By reaction with acetic acid these products give ring opening reaction and acetylated N-protected α-amino γ-butyrolactones are obtained. The ring opening reaction is quantitative and highly regioselective.  相似文献

The reaction of (α-trimethylsilanylmethyl)cyclohexylidene esters with NsONHCO2Et and CaO produces the N-(ethoxycarbonyl)spiroaziridines which, after ring-opening, gives the corresponding β,β-disubstituted β-amino ester derivatives. Summary Copper(II) complexes derived from substituted cinnamic acids 3, 4-dimethoxycinnamic acid (3, 4-DMCH) and 3, 5-dimethoxycinnamic acid (3, 5-DMCH), of the formula [Cu(3, 4-DMC)2]·H2O (1), [Cu(3, 5-DMC)2]·H2O (2) were prepared. The magnetic properties of the complexes suggest dimeric structures typical of copper(II) acetate monohydrate-like complexes. X-band e.s.r. spectra of polycrystalline samples at low temperature are typical of triplet state systems S=1. Their ability to catalyze the aerial oxidation of 3, 5-di-t-butylcatechol was measured spectrophotometrically at 30°C. The complexes are models for oxidases.  相似文献

A new anionic surfactant (RapiGest SF) was successfully used for site-specific analysis of glycosylation in human alpha-1-acid glycoprotein (AGP). By means of this analytical approach combined with capillary HPLC-mass spectrometry (and tandem mass spectrometry), the N-linked glycosylation pattern of AGP was explored. On the basis of mass matching and MS/MS experiments ca 80 different AGP-derived glycopeptides were identified. Glycosylation shows a markedly different pattern for the various glycosylation sites. At sites I and II, triantennary complex-type oligosaccharides predominate and at sites III, IV and V, tetra-antennary complex-type oligosaccharides predominate. Sites IV and V show the presence of additional N-acetyl lactosamine (Gal-GlcNAc) units (even higher degree of branching and/or longer antennae are also present).  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A novel approach to alpha,alpha-disubstituted-beta-amino acids (beta(2,2)-amino acids) was employed in the synthesis of a series of 3-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)propionic acids possessing high affinity for the CCR5 receptor and potent anti-HIV activity. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy provides evidence that when [Cu(phen)2]2+(phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) is diffused between the layers of -zirconium phosphate, the complex species does not remain intact after intercalation, but some Cu-N bonds are broken, replaced with Cu-O bonds and the released nitrogen atoms can now interact with the PO3-OH groups of the host. XPS also provides evidence for coordination of the Cu2+ ions when they are diffused by ion exchange in the phenanthroline--zirconium phosphate intercalation compound. Although Cu2+ and phen are in a 1 : 1 molar ratio in the interlayer region of the host, so that a 1 : 1 coordination could be expected between the two species, the characteristic peaks of the uncoordinated phenanthroline, even though at a low intensity, are still present. The differences between the two Cu(II)-intercalation compounds are discussed.  相似文献

In past decades, anticancer research has led to remarkable results despite many of the approved drugs still being characterized by high systemic toxicity mainly due to the lack of tumor selectivity and present pharmacokinetic drawbacks, including low water solubility, that negatively affect the drug circulation time and bioavailability. The stability studies, performed in mild conditions during their development or under stressing exposure to high temperature, hydrolytic medium or light source, have demonstrated the sensitivity of anticancer drugs to many parameters. For this reason, the formation of degradation products is assessed both in pharmaceutical formulations and in the environment as hospital waste. To date, numerous formulations have been developed for achieving tissue-specific drug targeting and reducing toxic side effects, as well as for improving drug stability. The development of prodrugs represents a promising strategy in targeted cancer therapy for improving the selectivity, efficacy and stability of active compounds. Recent studies show that the incorporation of anticancer drugs into vesicular systems, such as polymeric micelles or cyclodextrins, or the use of nanocarriers containing chemotherapeutics that conjugate to monoclonal antibodies can improve solubility, pharmacokinetics, cellular absorption and stability. In this study, we summarize the latest advances in knowledge regarding the development of effective highly stable anticancer drugs formulated as stable prodrugs or entrapped in nanosystems.  相似文献

The synthesis and anion binding studies of the new neutral receptor 1,1′-(2,2′-(4,10-dimethyl-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,7-diyl)bis(2-oxoethane-2,1-diyl))bis(3-(3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)urea) (L1) are reported. L1 is a macrocyclic ligand containing the 3,5-trifluoromethylphenylureido-binding fragment attached as a side arm on the tetraazacyclododecane. L1 is soluble in numerous organic solvents; the binding properties of L1 towards several simple anions (G) were investigated by NMR, UV–vis and fluorescence techniques in DMSO and CH3CN solutions. L1 is able to bind F, Cl and AcO in both solvents; in addition, it binds Br in CH3CN. Fluoride shows the highest constant values in the halide series (F > Cl > Br) and AcO is the most strongly bound among all the anions investigated. L1 is able to signal the presence of the anions in solution by fluorescence change; in the case of acetate, this occurs in the visible range.  相似文献
