Reaction of tetrafluorosilane with tris(2-hydroxyethyl)-and tris(2-trimethylsiloxyethyl)amine results in formation of 1-fluorosilatrane and fluorosilatrane in 75 and 53% yield, respectively. Reaction of tetrafluorosilane with bis(2-trimethylsiloxyethyl)amine and its N-methyl derivative leads to the hitherto unknown 1,1-difluoroquasisilatranes (N → Si) F2Si(OCH2CH2)2NR (R = H, Me) containing donor-acceptor bond N → Si and pentacoordinate silicon atom. The structure of the synthesized compounds was proved by 1H, 13C, 15N, 19F, 29Si NMR and IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Hydrosilylation of 2-(2-propynyl)-2,3-dihydro-1,2-benzothiazol-3-one 1,1-dioxide with 1-alkynyldimethyl- and bis(1-alkynyl)methylsilanes of the general formula Me n HSi(C=-CR)3-n (n = 1, 2) in the presence of H2PtCl6 (Speier's catalyst) occurs in a nonregioselective but stereoselective fashion, yielding mixtures of the corresponding trans-- and -adducts. The fraction of the latter ranges from 50 to 70%, depending mainly on the substrate nature rather than on the nature of substituent at the triple bond of the reagent.  相似文献

The reaction of ethynylmagnesium bromide with chloroisopropylgermanes (i-Pr4 - n GeCl/sub> n , n = 1-3) was used to prepare previously unknown ethynylisopropylgermanes i-Pr4 - n Ge(CCH) n (n = 1-3). The reaction of Me3SiCCMgBr with i-PrGeCl3 afforded i-Pr(Me3SiCC)3 - n GeCl n (n = 1, 2). The reaction of the monochloride with BrMdCCH gave i-Pr(HCC)2GeCCSiMe3, while with the dichloride, i-Pr(HCC)·Ge(CSiMe3)2 formed. The latter compounds were obtained by independent synthesis from i-PrGe(CCH)3, EtMgBr, and ClSiMe3. The reaction of (bromomagnesioethynyl)triisopropylgermane with Me3SiCl gave i-Pr3GeCSiMe3.  相似文献

Conclusions The reactions of 1-(3-chloropropyl)silatrane with potassium O,O-diethyl dithiophosphate gave O,O-diethyl-S-(1-silatranylpropyl) dithiophosphate. Nucleophilic addition of tetrazole to 4-hydroxy-4-alkyl-2-alkynonitriles and to 3-phenyl-2-propynonitrile occurred regiospecifically and afforded E-, Z-4-hydroxy-4-methyl-3-tetrazolyl-2-alkenonitriles and 3-tetrazolyl-3-phenyl-2-propenonitrile [20–40°C, 13–50 h, 4–15 wt% MOH (M = Na, K), THF (or DMSO)] in up to 69% yield. The attempt to perform cyclization of the hydroxy-containing adducts into iminodihydrofurans (KOH, ethanol, 23-25°C) resulted in vinyl nucleophilic substitution of the tetrazole moiety by an ethoxy group.  相似文献

We have synthesized 1- and 2-(trimethylsilylmethyl)- and 1- and 2-(trimethoxysilylmethyl)benzotriazoles by reaction of 1,2,3-benzotriazolylsodium with trimethyl- or trimethoxy(chloromethyl)silane. We obtained 1- and 2-(silatranylmethyl)benzotriazoles by transesterification of the latter with triethanolamine.  相似文献
