The title compound was synthesized by reaction of Cu(ClO4)2, picolinic acid and carbamide in C2H5OH/CH3CN solution, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a=14.0481(8), b=9.0130(5), c=18.626(1)?, V=2358.3(2)?3Z=4, Dx=1.771g·cm-3, μ=1.235mm-1 and F(000)=1276. The final R factor is 0.0440 for 1434 observed reflections. The X-ray analysis revealed that the copper(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two picolinic ligands in the equatorial plane, while the two oxygen atoms of perchlorate occupy the axial positions of octahedron with lengthened Cu-O distances, resulting in a 4+2 elongated octahedral environment. In the compound, there also exist two protonated carbamide cations for charge balance. CCDC: 195354.  相似文献

A new dinuclear Tb(Ⅲ) 4-cyanobenzoate complex [Tb2(4-cba)6(phen)2] (4-Hcba = 4-cyanobenzoic acid and phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) 1 has been synthesized by solvothermal reaction in an ethanol/water mixed solution at 100℃ and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystallographic data: C72H40N10O12Tb2, Mr=1554.98, triclinic Pi, a = 9.903(3), b = 11.769(8), c = 15.078(8)A, a = 111.42(12), It = 96.37(19), γ = 101-24(14)°, V= 1572(1)A3, Z= 1, Dc = 1.642 g/cm^3, F(000) = 768 μ = 2.305 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0205 and wR = 0.0543 for 5479 reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). Structural analysis shows that 1 displays an isolated dinuclear structure. Two eight-coordinated Tb(Ⅲ) ions are bridged by four 4-cba ligands in the syn-syn bidentate coordination mode, and two other 4-cba ligands chelate these two Tb(Ⅲ) ions. The title complex molecules are connected through π-π stacking interactions to generate a one-dimensional supramolecular chain, The characteristic infrared spectra, luminescent properties and thermogravimetric analyses have also been discussed.  相似文献

A new Cu(Ⅱ) complex [Cu(4-cba)(l,10-phen)(H2O)2](NO3) (4-Hcba = 4-cyanobenzoic acid) has been synthesized by solvothermal reaction in an ethanol/water mixed solution at 100℃ and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystallographic data: C20H16CuN4O7, Mr= 487.91, triclinic, space group P1, a = 7.8420(2), b = 9.1070(2), c = 15.1140(6) A,α=76.889(9), β = 81.332( 11 ), γ = 74.844(11 )°, V = 1009.89(5) A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.605 g/cm3, F(000)=498,μ=1.134 mm-1,the final R = 0.0379 and wR = 0.0865 for 2977 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ).The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two terminal water molecules, one chelating 1,10-phen molecule and one monodentate 4-cba ligand to form a slightly distorted square pyramid. The title complex molecules are connected through hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions to generate a 2D layered network. The thermogravimetric analysis of the title complex has also been discussed.  相似文献

Three new metal complexes, Cu(4-Hcba)2(4-cba)2(Py)2 (4-Hcba=4-cyanobenzoic acid) 1 and M[H(4-cba)2]2(Py)2 (M=Ni 2, Co 3), have been prepared by the treatment of 4-Hcba with the respective metal nitrate M(NO3)2 (M=Cu, Ni, Co) in the presence of pyridine (Py). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses (3 is isostructural to 2) show that the obtained complexes are of isolated mononuclear and the metal atoms have distorted octahedral coordination environment. Two different types of intramolecular hydrogen bonds exist: asymmetrical O–HO for 1 and symmetrical OHO for 2 and 3. The crystal packing between the molecular complexes is controlled mainly by T-shaped C–Hπ interactions between pyridine and phenyl rings. Preliminary discussions on IR, UV–VIS and fluorescent spectra have also been carried out.  相似文献

A new cyano-bridged Gadolinium-Iron complex {[Gd(DMF)3(DMSO)(H2O)3](μ-CN)[Fe(CN)5]}·2H2O (DMF=N,N-dimethylformamide; DMSO=dimethylsulfoxide) was synthesized by the grinding reaction method. It crysta-llizes in the triclinic, space group P1 with cell parameters: a=0.90363(2) nm, b=1.250 78(3) nm, c=1.41303(1) nm, α=93.174(1)°, β=94.406(1)°, γ=91.817(2)°, and V=1.588 87(5) nm3, Dc=1.582 g·cm-3, Z=2, Mr=756.72, F(000)=760, μ=2.645 mm-1. The slightly distorted square-antiprism eightfold-coordinated Gd(Ⅲ) and the approxi-mately oriented octahedrally sixfold-coordinated Fe(Ⅲ) are linked by a cyano-bridge group to construct a dinuclear compound. The {[Gd(DMF)3(DMSO)(H2O)3](μ-CN)[Fe(CN)5]} species are held together via hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional framework. The Gd(Ⅲ)-Fe(Ⅲ) interaction is antiferromagnetic. A new type of one-dimensional organic-inorganic hybrid [M(en)3]Pb2I6 [M = Mn (1), Fe (2), Zn (3), Ni (4); en = ethylenediamine] has been obtained and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography, which opens a new approach to construct hybrid magnetic semiconductors. The results of optical absorption spectra and theoretical calculations for compounds 1-3 reveal a quantum confinement effect, and the variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements for 1, 2, and 4 indicate ferromagnetic, antiferromagnetic, and paramagnetic behavior, respectively.  相似文献
