关于法氏囊FAE细胞来源的研究

本文利用鸡胚与鹌鹑胚胎的种间移植实验以及对鸡胚法氏囊进行组织学和亚微结构的观察,表明FAE细胞是由外源性的中胚层干细胞侵入法氏囊原基后分化形成的,而不是由原基上皮本身分化而来。对FAE的前身细胞和生血干细胞侵入上皮的机理提出了我们的见解。     

STUDIES ON THE ORIGIN OF THE FOLLICLE ASSOCIATED EPITHELIAL CELLS OF BURSA FABRICII

The present paper, by using interspecific chimera of chick and quail and submicroscopic study onthe bursal follicle associated epithelium (FAE) cells during differentiation, indicates that FAE cells ofthe bursa of Fabricius are formed not by differentiation of the epithelial cells but originate from themesenchymal cells after invading the bursal anlage, and then differentiate into FAE cells. A new sugges-tion is given on the interpretation of the mechanism of the invasion of hemopoietic stem cells into thebursal epithelium.
