N-[5-(Е)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基]-N'-芳基脲的合成、晶体结构及生物活性

为了寻找高活性的脲类细胞分裂素,通过2-氨基-5-(Е)-苯乙烯基-1,3,4-噻二唑与芳酰基叠氮化物反应,合成了11种新的含1,3,4-噻二唑环芳基脲类衍生物,其中芳酰基叠氮化物直接由芳酸、三氯氧磷与叠氮钠采用"一锅法"制得,再经加热发生Curtius重排转化为异氰酸酯.目标化合物的结构用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱和元素分析进行了表征,并用X射线单晶衍射实验测定了化合物3g的结构.初步的生物活性测试表明,部分目标化合物在10 mg/L浓度下表现出良好的细胞分裂素活性,其中3c的活性超过50%.     

川桂皮挥发油的化学组成

采用GC－MS技术分析了川桂（Cinnamomum wilsonii）皮挥发油的化学组成，共确定了其中42种化学成分与相对含量，占总组分相对含量的94．14％，其中有40种为萜类或其衍生物；研究结果显示，川桂皮油的主要成分为桉油素（11．02％），1（10），4－杜松二烯（10．21％），乙酸异龙脑酯（6．30％），杜松醇（5．53％），桉叶油醇（5．34％）等，与该植物叶和同属药用植物肉桂皮挥发油的主要组成均差别较大。     

Syntheses,Crystal Structures,and Antitumor Activities of Two 2-Trifluoromethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]-thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine Derivatives

Two novel 2-trifluoromethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine derivatives were synthesized by nucleophilic substitution of two appropriate amines with 4-chloro-2-(trifluoromethyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrobenzothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine, which started from 2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene-3-carbonitrile, trifluoroacetic acid(TFA) and phosphorous oxychloride by one-pot procedure. Their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1, N-(furan-2-ylmethyl)-2-trifluoromethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrobenzothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine, crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 26.352(3), b = 7.5991(8), c = 17.1423(18) A, β = 114.667(2)°, V = 3119.5(6) A3 and Z = 8. Compound 2, N-(3-silatranylpropyl)-2-trifluoromethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrobenzothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine, crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 13.4394(13), b = 8.9446(9), c = 18.9657(18) A, β = 101.9640(10)°, V = 2230.3(4) A3 and Z = 4. The preliminary bioassay indicated that compound 2 exhibits more potent antitumor activity against BCG-823 than 5-fluorouracil(5-FU).     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Biological Activity of N-（2,6-Difluorobenzoyl）-N＇-[5-（4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl）-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl]ure

The title compound N-(2,6-difluorobenzoyl)-N'-[5-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl]urea(C17H9F5N4O2S,Mr = 428.34) has been synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-5-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole with 2,6-difluorobenzoyl isocyanate,and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group P21/n with a = 10.7316(13),b = 10.5617(13),c = 16.037(2) ,β = 106.408(2)°,V = 1743.6(4) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.632 g/cm3,μ = 0.260 mm-1,F(000) = 864,the final R = 0.0599 and wR = 0.1420 for 3467 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).The urea group,which adopts a planar configuration mediated by the intramolecular N-H...O hydrogen bond,is nearly coplanar with the thiadiazole and 4-trifluoromethylbenzene rings.The title compound was found to exhibit good fungicidal activity against Rhizoctonia solani and Botrytis cinerea.
