用248 nm激光光解瞬态吸收光谱研究了乙腈-水混合溶液中甲基萘醌(MQ)激发三重态(3MQ*)单电子氧化多聚鸟苷酸(polyG)的原初过程, 应用解析瞬态吸收谱方法分别获取了MQ阴离子自由基(MQ-·)及polyG阳离子自由基(polyG+·)的瞬态吸收谱, 进而分别测定了MQ-·及polyG+·的生成速率常数及3MQ*的衰减速率常数. 结果表明, 3MQ*与polyG的反应速率常数非常接近于3MQ*与dGMP反应的速率常数. 相似文献

运用248nm激光光解瞬态吸收光谱研究了SO4·-与DNA及其核苷酸和多聚核苷酸poly[G]、poly[A]和poly[C]的相互作用,观察了各体系的作用过程,结果表明,poly[G]、poly[A]与SO4·-发生单电子氧化反应生成嘌呤端基自由基;dCMP与SO4·-单电子氧化生成阳离子自由基,随后与水反应生成5-羟基-6C自由基;而poly[C],SO4·-先在碱基上加成,生成的加成自由基再从核糖上抽氢生成C2’-糖自由基;DNA与SO4·-作用生成的主要瞬态产物是鸟嘌呤端基自由基。 相似文献

The oxidative splitting process of cis-syn 1,3-dimethyluracil cyclobutane dimer(DMUD) in aqueous solution was investigated using pulse radiolysis technique.The results indicated that DMUD can be splitted into 1,3-dimethyluracil(DMU) by OH radicals(OH) and Br2 radical anions(Br2^-),but not by azide radicals(N3^).The oxidative mechanisms that an H-abstracted from DMUD for OH oxidative splitting and an electron transfer from DMUD to Br2-,were suggested.Related kinetic parameters were determined. 相似文献

在248 nm激光作用下,与通常富勒烯衍生物(如C60(C4H6O),C60(C3H7N),C60[C(COOEt)2]x)在溶液中光解常产生激发三重态不同,富勒烯水溶性衍生物C60(C70)富勒醇[C60(OH)n,C70(OH)m],能被248 nm激光单光子电离.以KI溶液为参照,在室温下(大约15℃)测出其水合电子的量子产额(Φe-)分别为0.08,0.11.通过激光光解与SO4ˉ的氧化,确定了C60富勒醇阳离子自由基或中性自由基的存在并且观察到C70富勒醇阳离子自由基的瞬态吸收峰. 相似文献
