设计合成了具有精确分子结构的聚合物对深入了解其结构与性能之间的关系起着至关重要的作用。研究了一种合成带有三乙基硅氧侧基的环状无规共聚酯的新方法。功能性单体γ-三乙基硅氧基-ε-己内酯(γ-Et3SiOεCL)和ε-己内酯(ε-CL)在环状引发剂2,2-二丁基-2-锡-1,3-二氧环庚烷(DSDOP)的作用下,进行活性开环聚合反应以制备活性环状无规共聚酯(LCP(εCLcoγEt3SiOεCL))前体,当单体完全转化后,以该活性环状前体作为大分子引发剂,引发反应性单体α-(1-丙烯酰氧乙基)-ε-己内酯(αAEεCL)进行嵌段聚合反应,合成了在活性中心附近带有不饱和双键的功能性环状嵌段共聚酯,即活性环状聚(ε-己内酯-co-γ-三乙基硅氧基-ε-己内酯)-b-(α-(1-丙烯酰氧乙基)-ε-己内酯)。最后该活性环状嵌段共聚酯在紫外光照射下,反应性单体结构单元中的双键发生分子内交联反应,从而制得稳定的不含有机锡的新型环状无规共聚酯cP(εCLcoγEt3SiOεCL)(Mn,NMR=28500)。采用SEC、1H NMR以及DSC等技术手段对聚合物的结构和性能进行表征。该方法的突出特点是能够高效地合成带有功能性侧基的高相对分子质量的环状无规共聚酯。  相似文献

The phase-change characteristics of Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST) films for phase-change random access memory (PCM) devices were improved by incorporating HfO2 into GST film using cosputtering at room temperature. Phase separation (GST-rich nanocrystals were surrounded by HfO2-rich amorphous phase) has been observed in annealed GST-HfO2 composite films and the segregated domains exhibited a relatively uniform size. The reduced reset voltage of GST-HfO2 based cell was due to the reduced programming volume by incorporating HfO2 into GST. This work clearly reveals the highly promising potential of GST-HfO2 composite films for application in PCM.  相似文献

Color constancy (Toet and Franken, 2003 [2]; Toet, 2003 [7]) and color contrast (Scribner et al., 2000 [21]; Lee et al., 2005 [23]) are two important topics for color image fusion. The paper focuses on the low color contrast problem of linear fusion algorithms with color transfer method. Color transfer technology is popular in infrared (IR) and visible image fusion to give the fused image a natural day-time color appearance (Toet, 2003 [7]; Wang et al., 2007 [8]; Zheng and Essock, 2008 [9]). However, in the color transfer step, all three channels of the color space are processed with the same linear mapping without color enhancement, resulting in low color contrast between the target and the background (Wang et al., 2007 [8]). Based on the characteristics of the IR image, we introduce a ratio of local to global divergence of the IR image to improve the color contrast. The enhancement ratios for both hot and cold targets are larger than one, while it tends to one for the background. As a result, the proposed method pops out both hot and cold targets in color, where hot targets will appear intense red, and cold targets will appear cyan. Subjective results show visible color contrast enhancement effects. Target detection experiments through hue and saturation components of the fused image show an improvement in the hit rate for target detection, owing to larger color distance between the target and the background.  相似文献

Near‐stoichiometric LiNbO3 single crystal tri‐doped with ZrO2, MnO and Fe2O3 was grown from Li‐riched melt by Czochralski method. The defect structures and composition of these crystals were analyzed by means of ultraviolet‐visible and infrared transmittance spectra. The appearance of 3466 cm‐1 peak in infrared spectra showed that the crystal grown from Li‐riched melt was near stoichiometric. The photorefractive properties at the wavelength of 488 nm and 633 nm were investigated with two‐beam coupling experiment, respectively. The experimental results showed that the response speed and sensitivity were enhanced significantly and the high diffraction efficiency was obtained at 488 nm wavelength. This manifested that near‐stoichiometric LiNbO3:Mn:Fe:Zr crystal was an excellent candidate for holographic storage. (© 2010 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)  相似文献

Let G be a nonabelian group and associate a noncommuting graph ∇(G) with G as follows: The vertex set of ∇(G) is G\Z(G) with two vertices x and y joined by an edge whenever the commutator of x and y is not the identity. Abdollahi et al. (J Algebra 298(2):468–492, 2006) put forward a conjecture called AAM’s Conjecture in as follows: If M is a finite nonabelian simple group and G is a group such that ∇(G) ≅ ∇(M), then GM. Even though this conjecture is well known to hold for all simple groups with nonconnected prime graphs and the alternating group A 10 [see Darafsheh (Groups with the same non-commuting graph. Discrete Appl Math (2008) doi:), Wang and Shi (Commun Algebra 36(2):523–528, 2008)], it is still unknown for all simple groups with connected prime graphs except A 10. In the present paper, we prove that this conjecture is also true for the projective special linear simple group L 4(9). The new method used in this paper also works well in the cases L 4(4), L 4(7), U 4(7), etc.  相似文献
