加权二次有理Bézier插值曲线

在本文中,给定一组有序空间数据点列及每个数据点的切矢向量,利用加权二次有理Bézier曲线对数据点作插值曲线,使该曲线具有C1连续性,并且权因子只是对相应顶点曲线附近产生影响,同调整两个相邻的权因子可以调整这两个相邻顶点之间的曲线和它的控制多边形.

邮递包裹问题

坐火车时,偶尔见到工人在火车的某节车厢装卸邮包,这是邮递部门在利用铁路网络进行物品的传递(注:列车上有一节车厢为邮政车厢).我们知道,每个城市都会收到不同城市的邮包,又会向另外的城市发送邮包,假设某次列车从北京到广州.共停留20个车站(包括广州站而不含北京站).每停靠一站都要卸下发往该城市的包裹一个,同时又装上该城市发

Decomposition of the Two Lowest Lamb modes in a Bonded Plate

Based on the expression of the dispersion equation of Lame waves in an adhesive two-layered plate pressented in our proevious paper [Chin,Phys,Lett,18(2001)1483],the two lowest Lamb modes,the symmetric mode S0 and the antisymmetric mode A0 are successfully decomposed in the low-frequency regime,Relations between the rigidity of the bond and the velocity of the two Lamb modes are found,which lay a foundation for the estimation of the bond rigidity of the adhesive plate.The influence of the variations of the bond rigidity in terms of the stiffness constants KN and KT of the spring model on the velocity of the two Lamb modes in discussed and numerically evaluated.numerical results indicate that the deterioration of the bond rigidity causes the phase velocity decrease for Lamb modes of the two lowest order,thus having a possibility for the evaluation of the bonding state of the adhesive plate by using ultrasonic wave velocity measurement.     

高效凝胶过滤色谱法（光电二极管阵列检测器）分离、测定巴豆毒蛋白

 巴豆毒蛋白粗提液在高效蛋白柱上分离，用光电二极管阵列检测器给出光谱信号，判断所需蛋白的峰，并利用光谱图和反相高效液相色谱来确认分离峰的纯度；在高效蛋白柱上测定了巴豆毒蛋白的分子量；利用离子交个邻苯二甲醛柱后衍生法测定了巴豆毒蛋白的氨基酸含量。     

满江红鱼腥藻单克隆抗体的制备和应用研究

建立了40株分泌抗满江红鱼腥藻特异性单克隆抗体(McAb)的杂交瘤细胞株。 根据免疫荧光抗体试验,40个McAb分为8个类型。这8类McAb将采自世界名地的195个品种(系)满江红的体内鱼腥藻分为8个抗原群。 McAb对人工萍藻共生体和杂交满江红体内鱼腥藻的鉴定结果表明,人工萍藻共生体的鱼腥藻保持其在供体满江红叶腔中的抗原性,杂交满江红体内鱼腥藻保持其母本满江红体内鱼腥藻的抗原性,二者都不因蕨体遗传性状的改变而发生抗原结构变异。
