为研究典型工业固废胶凝材料碳化后性质变化,本文选用电石渣和高炉矿渣作为原材料,选定碳化时间和电石渣-高炉矿渣掺量比作为影响因素开展正交试验,并设置普通养护的对照组,开展了无侧限抗压强度、应力-应变曲线分析、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜试验。结果表明：碳化时间的延长和掺量比的降低均对试样的无侧限抗压强度提升有显著影响,掺量比的影响程度大于碳化时间;且能使应力-应变曲线的峰值应变产生右移的趋势,试样脆性明显提升。未碳化时试样中的主要产物为C-S-H,碳化后为CaCO3,可以有效填充试样中的孔隙,宏观上表现为无侧限抗压强度的提升。建议材料的碳化时间和掺量比可根据实际情况需要,分别控制在2~4 d的区间内和3:2。 相似文献
