城市治理数字化 “一网统管”智能处置道路积水

为了优化道路积水信息监测、强化监管联动部门协同、提高积水事件响应速度、提升积水应急处置效率,上海水务部门通过道路积水处置预报预警、感知发现、报警联动、抢险处置、反馈解除五大环节闭环管理,创新道路积水处置智能化应用,大大提升了防汛排水效率,为探索超大型城市数字化治理新模式起到了示范作用。     

Identification of Residue Involved in Nucleotidyltransferase Activity of LinA from Staphylococci by Site-directed Mutagenesis

The lincosamide class of antibacterials is widely used for the treatment of a broad spectrum of infections, and one prevalent route of resistance to lincosamides in pathogenic gram-positive cocco is antibiotic modification. Enzymes encoded by lin genes, belonging to nucleotidyltransferase superfamily, catalyze adenylylation to inactivate lincosamides. LinA can adenylylate lincosamides at either 3?-or 4?-OH of the methylthiolincosamide sugar. The crystal structure of LinA/lincomycin has confirmed its active site. However, the residue interacting with nucleotidyl donors remains elusive. Here, we modeled the complex structure of LinA/lincomycin/Mg~(2+)/AMPCPP to reveal a putative pocket for nucleotidyl donors and suggested the residue R45 in this pocket involved in the recognition of donor substrates NTP and catalysis. ITC and enzyme activity assays show that the mutation of residue R45 impairs LinA nucleotidyltransferase activity in vitro. This work provides insights into the molecular mechanism of the nucleotide binding and transferring activity of antibiotic NTases.     

强流脉冲离子束表面改性奥氏体不锈钢分子动力学的研究

用分子动力学方法(MD)研究了高能离子束辐照奥氏体不锈钢表面,并采用热尖峰模型模拟了辐照条件下的能量传递过程。通过对能量分布和原子运动的分析,确定了能量消耗的机理:一部分能量通过蒸发和热传导被表面的原子消耗,另一部分以激波的形式在基体中传播。热传导缓慢造成的高强度蒸发和表面原子的再吸附共同作用,导致了表面的光滑过程。     

储藏时间、温度和激素老化 对狼尾草种子萌发的影响研究

以储藏时间、温度和激素对狼尾草种子进行处理作为研究对象,分别研究了在不同的储藏时间、温度和不同激素的不同浓度处理下狼尾草种子萌发情况.研究发现:储藏时间延长会显著加速狼尾草种子的老化;温度老化是影响狼尾草种子萌发的因子之一,当温度达到50℃时,狼尾草种子的萌发受到显著的抑制;激素老化是影响狼尾草种子萌发的另一个因子,用赤霉素(GA)处理狼尾草种子会加快狼尾草种子的萌发,用萘乙酸(NAA)处理狼尾草种子也会在一定的时间内加快狼尾草种子的萌发.     

锡苯和铅苯二聚反应的理论研究

采用密度泛函理论B3LYP方法,研究了锡苯和铅苯的[2+2],[4+2]及[4+4]二聚反应的微观机理和势能剖面,考察了Sn(Pb)原子上的2,4,6-三甲基苯基(Mes)取代基对反应势能剖面的影响.研究结果表明,所有反应均为协同过程,且大多数情况下,2个C—Sn(Pb)键同步形成.[2+2]和[4+2]反应在热力学和动力学上均比相应的[4+4]反应容易进行,而[4+2]反应在动力学上比相应的[2+2]反应有利.Sn(Pb)原子上的Mes取代基在热力学和动力学上均不利于反应的进行.铅苯的动力学稳定性与锡苯相当,但其热力学稳定性高于锡苯.     

用数学书写的墓碑和遗嘱

古往今来,大概只有数学家的墓碑上不是长篇传记,而是用言简意赅的数学(数字,图形,题目等)来表达的.这些简单的图形或数,不仅歌颂他们光辉的一生,而且还表达了他们执着的追求和闪光的业绩.这些遗嘱有的成为数学名题,有的成为数学故事.     

我院近7年剖宫产率及剖宫产指征变化的临床分析

目的：总结我院近7年剖宫产率及剖宫产指征的变化。方法：回顾性分析我院近7年来剖宫产孕妇的临床资料。结果：剖宫产率逐年升高,2000年为29%,2006年为54.30%,增加1.87倍;2000年-2003年剖宫产的指征难产排第一位,而近3年,社会因素占第一位。结论：剖宫产率升高主要与社会因素有关,降低剖宫产率的关键是严格掌握剖宫产指征,尽量减少因社会因素而行剖宫产术。     

相对论重离子碰撞实验中混合事件方法的研究

把RQMD(Relativistic Quantum Molecular Dynamics)产生器产生的数据输入作为原始事例取样,讨论了在比较复杂的背景情况下,一种新的混合事件方法,用以证实在相对论重离子碰撞实验中高能量激发共振态的存在.并以共振态重子Δ⁺⁺为例演示了这一方法的应用.     

《管理信息系统》课程教学方法探讨

本文在介绍管理信息系统教学特点的基础上,结合自己的教学实践,在该课程的教学内容、教学对象、教学手段和教学方法等方面进行了探讨。     

Giant Magneto-Impedance of Co50Ni22Ga28 Alloy with High Chemical Ordering

The microstructure of CosoNi22Ga28 ribbon with the L10 structure is examined. The band-like morphology is observed. These bands with the width in a range of 40-200 nm appear along the transverse direction of the ribbon. The giant magnetoimpedance （GMI） effect in this alloy is measured. The results show that Co5oNi22Ga28 exhibits a sharp peak of the GAI effect. The maximum GAH ratio up to 360% is detected. The GMI effect measured versus temperature shows large jumps of the magnetoimpedance amplitude at the reversal martensitic transformation temperature 240℃ and Curie temperature 375℃C respectively. The jump ratios of the magnetoimpedance amplitude examined at these temperatures are about 5 and 10, respectively.
