超强激光与等离子体相互作用可以获得高于传统加速器三个数量级以上的加速电场梯度,更加有效地加速离子,从而能够显著缩小加速器的体积和造价.鞘层加速(TNSA)和光压稳相加速(RPA)是目前研究得最多的两种主要激光加速机制.与鞘层加速相比,光压稳相加速的加速效率和离子能量更高、单能性更好.在提出光压稳相加速原理的基础上,北京大学正在建造一台基于该原理的超小型激光加速器系统.本文将介绍北京大学在激光加速研究方面的进展和激光加速器系统的研制情况,包括理论模拟、前期准备实验、自支撑纳米靶的制备以及离子输运线的初步设计. 相似文献

A prototype of a laser driven proton accelerator is built at Peking University. Protons exceeding 10 MeV are accelerated from micrometer-thick aluminum targets irradiated by tightly focused laser pulse with 1.8 J energy and 30 fs duration. The beam energy spectrum and charge distribution are measured by a Thomson parabola spectrometer and radiochromic film stacks. The sensitivity of proton cut-off energy to the focusing of the laser beam, the pulse duration, and the foil thickness are systematically investigated in the experiments. Stable proton beams have been produced with an optimized parameter set, providing a cornerstone for the future applications of laser accelerated protons. 相似文献

介绍了SFRFQ加速系统的最新研究进展. 为验证SFRFQ结构的抗打火性能, 设计了一个高功率模型腔, 进行了高功率打火实验, 并最终证明了该结构的可行性. 为验证SFRFQ加速器的载束性能, 设计了一台长度仅为1m的600keV O+ SFRFQ加速器, 它将把从1MeV ISR RFQ引出的O+离子加速到1.6MeV. 为解决1MeV ISR RFQ引出束流与SFRFQ加速器的横向匹配问题, 在其间插入了一个三单元磁四极透镜. SFRFQ加速器加工和1MeV ISR RFQ改造的进展顺利. 相似文献

An ECR O~ ion source and LEBT system have been developed for the upgrade of 1MeV Integral Split Ring RFQ at Peking University.To satisfy the requirement of RFQ,a more than 10mA oxygen beam has been extracted at 22kV through a 5mm diameter aperture.Its normalized root-mean-square emmitance is less than 0.1π·mm·mrad,which is required by RFQ accelerator.The LEBT matching section is redesigned upon the bench test results.The preliminary results will be presented in this paper. 相似文献
