对于柔性衬底/刚性薄膜系统,当应力超过临界值时,通常会产生无序皱褶.本文在PDMS衬底/Pt薄膜系统中,通过预制边界条件实现了皱褶图案的有序化排列,并针对其详细过程进行了系统研究.基于30°C降温至0°C的温差系统,实时观察褶皱有序结构形成与演化动态过程.根据力学原理分析,研究了褶皱起源和生长,缺陷形成和演化规律,以及褶皱波长和振幅随温度的变化情况.其结果对形成大面积高度有序的褶皱花样具有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

Deliberately introducing defects into photonic crystals is an important way to functionalize the photonic crystals. We prepare a special large-scale three-dimensional(3D) photonic crystal(PC) with designed defects by an easy and low-cost method. The defect layer consists of photoresist strips or air-core strips. Field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) shows that the 3D PC is of good quality and the defect layer is uniform. Different defect states shown in the ultraviolet-visible spectra are induced by the photoresist strip layer and air-core strip layer. The special large-scale 3D PC can be tested for integrated optical circuits, and the defects can act as optical waveguides.  相似文献

The relationship between colloidal particle transfer and the quality of colloidal photonic crystal(CPC) is investigated by comparing colloidal particle self-assembling under the vertical channel(VC) and horizontal channel(HC) conditions.Both the theoretical analyses and the experimental measurements indicate that crystal quality depends on the stability of mass transfer.For the VC,colloidal particle transfer takes place in a stable laminar flow,which is conducive to forming high-quality crystal.In contrast,it happens in an unstable turbulent flow for the HC.Crystals with cracks and an uneven surface formed under the HC condition can be seen from the images of a field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM) and a three-dimensional(3D) laser scanning microscope(LSM),respectively.  相似文献

Manipulation of the photoluminescence spectra of light-emitting materials doped in three-dimensional (3D) inverse opal photonic crystals is investigated. Quinacrine dihydrochloride molecules doped highly ordered SiO2 inverse opal is successfully synthesized by co-assembly combined with double-substrate vertical infiltrate method. The quinacrine dihydrochloride-doped and-undoped SiO2 inverse opals each exhibit an apparent photonic band gap (PBG) in the visible light region. Significant suppression of the emission is observed when the PBG is overlapped with the quinacrine dihydrochloride emission bands. The mechanism of suppression effect of PBG in inverse opal on the fluorescence intensity of quinacrine dihydrochloride molecules is studied.  相似文献

A fascinating colloid phenomenon was observed in a specially designed template-assisted cell under an alternating electrical field.Most colloidal particles experienced the processes of aggregation,dispersion and climbing up to the plateaus of the patterns pre-lithographed on the indium tin oxide glass as the frequency of the alternating electrical field increased.Two critical frequencies f crit1 ≈ 15 kHz and f crit2 ≈ 40 kHz,corresponding to the transitions of the colloid behaviour were observed.When f < 15 kHz,the particles were forced to aggregate along the grooves of the negative photoresist patterned template.When 15 kHz < f < 40 kHz,the particle clusters became unstable and most particles started to disperse and were blocked by the fringes of the negative photoresist patterns.As the frequency increased to above 40 kHz,the majority of particles started to climb up to the plateaus of the patterns.Furthermore,the dynamics analysis for the behaviour of the colloids was given and we found out that positive or negative dielectrophoresis force,electrohydrodynamic force,particle-particle interactions and Brownian motion change with the frequency of the alternating electric field.Thus,changes of the related forces affect or control the behaviour of the colloids.  相似文献

于中温混合溶剂热体系中合成出2种同构的一维配位聚合物[Zn(MMTT)2]n和[Co(MMTT)2]n(MMTT=2-巯基-5-甲基-1,3,4-噻重氮), 并进行了单晶结构解析、红外、热重、荧光及磁性等表征. 晶体同属单斜晶系, C2/c空间群. [Zn(MMTT)2]n的晶胞参数: a=1.40432(8) nm, b=1.13824(5) nm, c=0.72378(4) nm, β=101.425(3)°, V=1.13400(10) nm3; [Co(MMTT)2]n的晶胞参数: a=1.4001(9) nm, b=1.1142(9) nm, c=0.7403(3) nm, β=107.84(6)°, V=1.0994(12) nm3. 化合物中金属原子采取四面体构型, 与MMTT配体分子相互连接形成无限一维链; 链与链之间通过配体间弱的C-H···S 氢键连接而形成三维超分子网络结构.  相似文献
