采用溶剂热法,通过改变反应温度和初始nCu/nIn比制备了一系列CuInSe2粉体。粉体的物相结构、形貌、光吸收性能分别用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)进行了表征。结果表明:180℃反应即可形成纯黄铜矿型CuInSe2粉体;随着反应温度的升高,粉体形貌有"片-片簇-球簇"的演变规律,其光吸收性能也随之增强,出现"红移"现象;初始nCu/nIn比能有效调控片簇的致密度。同时探讨了粉体不同形貌的形成机理。 相似文献

<正>With the evolution of a laser pulse in water,the formation of a nonlinear X wave during femtosecond filamentation is investigated based on numerical simulations.In particular,we analyze the far-field angularly resolved spectra obtained for different temporal portions of the ultrashort pulse during its propagation. Our result shows that the refocusing of ultrashort pulse leads to the formation of dynamic X wave which essentially manifests itself as conical emission. 相似文献

We propose a new mechanism/scheme to explain the ultrafast population inversion of molecular ions which takes place in a time scale comparable to the femtosecond laser pulse. The nonlinear pumping process including the pump photons and the self-generated harmonic photons of the pump laser would be responsible for building up population inversion to realize remote molecule lasers in femtosecond laser filaments in gases. It is shown that the remote laser emissions in molecular ions of gases may be a universal process in the femtosecond laser filament. 相似文献

The investigation of nonlinear optical characteristics of ethanol solution doped with is presented. A large thermal-induced third-order nonlinear refractive index up to silver nanoparticles 1.941× 10^-7 cm2/W is obtained from the mixed solution under 488-nm continue wave (CW) laser irradiation, which may result from surface plasmon resonance (SPR) enhancement effect of silver nanoparticles as well as high thermo-optic coefficient and low thermal conductivity of ethanol. Obvious spatial self-phase modulation and influence of thermal-induced negative lens effect are observed when a beam propagates through this solution, indicating promising applications such as optical limiting, beam flattening, and so on. 相似文献
