In order to extract deterministic component from trend nonstationary time series, regression analysis by Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) for segment size and mean size of cocoon filament is introduced, and deterministic component is extracted from size series of cocoon filament by analysis result. Experiments of simulating deterministic components on 9 cocoon categories are carried out, and experimental result is analyzed. Through analysis and experiment, it is known that selecting the order and coefficients of regression equation by AIC is beneficial to accurately describe the relation between segment value and mean value. This study is also useful for pretreatment of nonstationary time series.  相似文献

在定粒缫丝工程中采用粗细茧丝搭配的方法进行配茧缫丝时,需要根据落绪茧及茧丝粗细搭配状况选择适当的接绪茧接绪,以保持厚薄茧型的搭配,减小生丝纤度方差.本文对该缫丝动态过程进行数学建模,给出差微分方程组及其平衡状态下不同茧层茧粒数的分布.通过对定粒缫丝动态过程的计算机模拟,对获得的理论结果及其在缫丝工程管理中的应用问题进行了讨论.  相似文献

Having analyzed the relationships between washing shrinkage and weaving technique, parameters, material properties of woven fabrics and studied the shrinkage mechanism and its mathematical model of the plain fabric,researchers set up a shrinkage model of the twills and satins and proposed a method for calculating the washing shrinkage based on weaving technique and parameters of fabrics. Shrinkage experiments of silk habotai, silk twill and silk satin fabrics were performed. The results were compared with those of the theoretical computations, and it has been proven that the theoretical method is reliable.  相似文献

为了研究梯形明渠三维流动规律,使用流体动力学软件Fluent的Realizable k-ε模型对梯形明渠进行了模拟.首先,数值模拟了边坡坡度比为1、流速为1m/s条件下的三维流动.数值结果表明:对称面上流速的沿程变化不显著,底区流速满足对数律分布,外区流速用乘幂公式拟合有一定的误差.其次,分析了同一高度横向各点的速度值、静压、总压的沿程变化,壁面上不同高度切应力、总压的沿程变化和出入口的总压差.最后,考察了8种不同坡度、8种不同流速情况下边壁、床面的切应力、总压的变化趋势,得到了切应力和总压随流速的计算公式,揭示了梯形明渠的流动规律.  相似文献

To analyze and simulate non-stationary time series with finite length, the statistical characteristics and auto-regressive (AR) models of non-stationary time series with finite length are discussed and studied. A new AR model called the time varying parameter AR model is proposed for solution of non-stationary time series with finite length. The auto-covariances of time series simulated by means of several AR model sare analyzed. The result shows that the new AR model can be used to simulate and generate a new time series with the auto-covariance same as the original time series. The size curves of cocoon filaments regarded as non-stationary time series with finite length are experimentally simulated. The simulation results are significantly better than those obtained so far, and illustrate the availability of the time varying parameter AR model. The results are useful for analyzing and simulating non-stationary time series with finite length.  相似文献

In order to shorten the difference between the raw silk size grading standards of the world and that of China, to quicken the step of the electronic raw silk testing process, the distribution of the coefficient of variation (CV50m%) of the raw silk size in the electronic testing and the development of the new standards are studied according to the sampling and grading theory. By the theoretical deduction and the simulating experiments, the distribution of the coefficient of variation of the raw silk size is given, and the grading scheme whose quality index is the coefficient of variation(CV50m%)of the raw silk size and the grading precisions of all grades are proposed. Moreover, the rightness and the feasibility of the grading scheme are testified by the sampling and grading simulation.  相似文献
