推导了幂律流体在平面渠道进口段内流动的边界层动量和能量积分关系式,采用边界层的动量积分关系式的近似处理方法,对幂律流体平面渠道层流进口段长度及其进口段效应修正系数进行了理论分析与计算,得出了简便实用的计算公式,并对求出的压力降用实验进行了验证,理论分析值与实验值吻合。  相似文献

In the present paper the variational solution of velocity profile for anincompressible laminar and fully developed flow in isosceles triangular ducts is derivedby applying the Kantovorich method.The theoretical and experimental results ofpressure loss are also given.The velocity distribution model,additional pressure losscoefficient and calculating method of inlet length in the entrance region of isoscelestriangular ducts are also derived,which are suitable for various kinds of vertex angles.The calculations and experiments are also performed for two models:the isoscelestriangular channels with vertex angles2α=45.1°and2α=60°.Comparisons aremade between the theoretical analysis in this paper and those of the other authors.Itcan be seen that the present analytical result is of high.accuracy and widepracticability,and agrees well with the authors’experiment.  相似文献

The transformations, which are similar to Mangler's transformations, are given in this paper. They change the entrance region flow of axially symmetrical laminar boundary layer between two parallel spherical surfaces into the flow of two-dimensional boundary layer, and simplify the problems. The simplified equattons can be solved by the two-dimensional boundary layer theory and numerical methods. Therefore, a new way is opened up to solve the diffusive laminar fiow in the entrance region between two parallel spherical surfaces.  相似文献

In this paper, the analytical expressions of the pressure distribution, velocity distribution and discharge of the flow between spherical surfaces are found by using the method of iterative approximate solution when the inertia terms of Navier-Stokes equations in spherical coordinates are taken into consideration. Furthermore, using these expressions, we can directly obtain the corresponding analytical expressions of the laminar radial flow between parallel disks, which are fully identical with corresponding results presented by refs. In this paper, a universal method for calculation of the inlet length and correction coefficient for the pressure losses and the flow in the case of laminar and turbulent flow in a smooth round pipe is put forward.With the aid of concrete examples, theoretical formulas are presented for calculation of the correction coefficient for pressure losses and flow in the case of laminar and turbulent flow. And a method for calculation of the flow is also presented here in consideration of the inlet effect of turbulent flow.By comparing the theoretical results with the experimental data, formulas presented in this paper are very simple and reliable.  相似文献

In this paper, B. B. Golubef method[1] is used for calculating the radial diffuse flow between two parallel disks for the first step. The momentum integral equation together with the energy integral equation is derived from the boundary layer momentum equation, and the expression of secondary approximation explicit function in which the channel length of entrance region varies with the boundary layer thickness can be obtained by using Picard iteration[2] in the solution of the energy integral equation. Therefore, this has made it possible to analyze directly and analytically the coefficients of the entrance region effect. In particular, when the outer diameter of disk is smaller than the entrance region length, the advantage of this method can be prominently manifest.Only because the energy integral equation is employed, the terms in the pressure loss coefficient can be independently derived theoretically. The computable value of the pressure loss coefficient presented in this paper is nearer to the testing value than that in ref. [3] when the entrance correction Reynolds number Re<100. Therefore the results in this paper within Re<100 are both reliable and simple.  相似文献

In this paper.V.V.Golubef method is first extended to the diffuse laminar flowbetween two parallel spherical surfaces.With the boundary layer motion equation inspherical coordinates,we derive the momentum integral equation together with the energyintegral equation for the laminar boundary layer of the entrance region between twoparallel spherical surfaces.And then by applying Picards gradually approaching methodfor the momentum integral equation,we get the approximate expression which the entranceregion length varies with the thickness of boundary layer.In the end,every coefficient ofentrace region effect is analyzed and calculated.  相似文献
