TRAIL与kallistatin联合表达载体的构建及抗肿瘤活性分析

为研究肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)与组织激肽释放酶结合蛋白(kallistatin)联合用药的抗肿瘤作用,构建TRAIL与kallistatin双表达的重组质粒pAM-CAG-Kal-IRES-TRAIL,将重组质粒转染A549,LO-2,NCI-H446和Hela细胞,考察其抗肿瘤活性.实验结果表明:构建的双表达载体能同时表达TRAIL与kallistatin,且均能分泌至培养基中;TRAIL与kallistatin联合表达对肿瘤细胞活力的抑制作用明显增强,诱导肿瘤凋亡的作用也明显增强,说明联合表达TRAIL与kallistatin能够增强抗肿瘤活性.     

一种新型聚合物辅助法制备SrCoO3电催化剂及其OER性能研究

提出了一种新型制备钙钛矿的方法-PVA聚合物辅助法,并成功制备了SrCoO_3电催化剂.与其他的合成方法相比,该方法合成时间更短,步骤简洁,便于规模化生产.与传统PEI聚合物辅助法相比,PVA更环保,煅烧过程中无有毒有害气体产生.对SrCoO_3样品进行了XRD和BET表征,并在0.1 mol/L KOH溶液中测量了其OER性能.结果表明,该方法适合大规模合成高性能钙钛矿材料.     

LC-MS/MS法测定比格犬血浆中Epacadostat的浓度

本文旨在建立快速、灵敏、可靠的液相色谱串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)方法以测定IDO抑制剂Epacadostat在比格犬血浆中的浓度,研究其在比格犬体内的药代动力学特征.色谱柱为Waters symmetry C18 (150 mm×2. 1 mm,3. 5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(80∶20,含0. 02 mmol/L乙酸铵),流速为0. 2 m L/min,采用负离子选择性反应监测模式监测.在此实验条件下,方法的灵敏度高,专属性好,分析物在0. 025～5μmol/L范围内线性关系良好(r 0. 992 5),批内批间变异系数小于12. 5%,偏差在±5. 1%以内,该方法已成功应用于比格犬血浆中的Epacadostat药物浓度测定.动物实验结果表明,Epacadostat在比格犬血浆中的药时曲线下面积(AUC0-24)为19. 7±1. 65 h·μmol/L,末端消除半衰期为7. 05±2. 73 h.     

Spin Squeezing and Entanglement of Many-Particle Spin-Half States

In many-particle spin-half systems with exchange symmetry, we find that the spin squeezing is related to two types of entanglement, the bipartite and the pairwise entanglement. A quantitative relationship is revealed for the spin squeezing parameter, the tangle, and the concurrence. We find that a class of states is spin squeezed if the pairwise entanglement is stronger than the bipartite entanglement.

三维紧束缚电子气的等离激元理论

Formation of Interfacial Layers in LaAlO3/Silicon during Film Deposition

We have studied the interracial reactions between amorphous LaAlO3 thin films and Si substrates, using high- resolution transmission electron microscopy and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It has been shown that the interracial layer between LaAlO3 film and Si substrate chemical states show that the ratio of La 4d3/2 to Al 2p is SiLaxAlyOz. The depth distributions of La, Si and Al of the interfacial layer remains unchanged with the depth compared to that of the LaAlO3 film. Moreover, the Si content, in the interracial layer gradually decreases with increasing thickness of the interracial layer. These results strongly suggest that the Al element is not deficient in the interracial layer, as previously believed, and the formation of a SiLaxAlyOz interracial layer is mainly due to the diffusion of Si from the substrate during the LaAlO3 film deposition. With the understanding of the interracial layer formation, ones can control the interface characteristics to ensure the desired performances of devices using high-k oxides as gate dielectrics.     

高电荷态Ar^q＋与Ne碰撞中入射离子电荷交换截面的研究

报道Ar^q Ne(q=8，9，11，12)碰撞体系中多电子转移过程，得到了多组实验测量电荷交换截面数据，讨论入射离子电荷交换截面、反冲离子产生截面与入射离子电荷态、能量以及散射离子电荷态的关系，并且将实验结果与Ar^q Ar碰撞体系进行对比研究。在修正分子库仑过垒模型的基础上，对实验现象做了合理的解释。
