基于学习型组织的软件实训模式

面对风云变幻的IT世界,大学软件实战训练不仅仅考虑职业教育和技能培养,也注重在团队中快速学习和自我控制能力的教育.描述了中山大学软件学院在高年级学生实训中引入学习型组织的应用研究建模、实现与评估.文章提出学习型组织与团队软件过程都是建立高效团队的重要工具;用实战统计数据反映了学习型组织建设对学生心智模式的影响.     

基于元胞自动机和SIS传染算法的恐慌状态下行人疏散模型

为了研究人群在恐慌状态下的疏散行为特征,基于元胞自动机和SIS传染算法提出了一种用于恐慌状态下的行人疏散模型.通过场域模型给出了行人的移动收益公式,并利用SIS传染算法来研究恐慌情绪在人群中的传播规律及对疏散行为造成的影响,同时,给出了恐慌情绪量化公式.然后,通过仿真实验对疏散时间、行人密度、恐慌情绪比值和平均速度等参数进行了分析和讨论.仿真实验结果表明:行人密度与恐慌人数之间为正相关,人群到出口的距离与恐慌人数比例、恐慌因子W_p之间为正相关;恐慌情绪比值与疏散时间、恐慌因子Wp之间为负相关,人群平均速度与行人密度之间为负相关.     

基于创业情景的实训教学激励模式

Nowadays,with the disjunction of the software education and the social needs,the stress on obtaining employment is becoming more and more rigorous.According to the present situation,software practical training should combine with the entrepreneurship education,to cultivate the comprehensive talents with professional skills,innovative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit.In this paper,we developed an incentive mechanism of practical training incorporated with entrepreneurship education.The incentive mechanism summed up with five basic incentive modes:multi-goals mode,skills complementary mode,self-motivation education mode,occupational habits associated with the successful mode and enjoy work mode.
